Profile As a member of generation Y, the epitome of a Millennial and with a bi-lingual background (Danish & English), I have grown up in a very culturally curious, and technologically driven world. Already turning 6, I had two desktop computers stationed in my room, and turning 11, I gained an interest in programming, web development, and marketing. When Im not developing websites, reading up on SEO or playing with computer graphics, I spend my hours performing parkour, practicing on the piano or enjoying the general big city life. ! I graduated in May 2013, with a major in Branding & International Communication (KOM/IT) from HTX Fredericia in Denmark, I always meet challenges with a smile, and thrive in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Im very enthusiastic about new experiences, and always try my best to take with me the lessons I learn. ! Experience Technical Support Analyst | Hewlett-Packard 2013-Present! Working with HP as a TSA agent has given me a broader insight, not only in direct customer support and the application of rst-hand customer service, but also a deeper insight in the expanding world of technology, and has provided me with a lot of experience working in selfregulated working environments, and a team-based atmosphere. !

The job also provided plenty opportunity to spend time on a lot of side projects, time Ive spent expanding my already somewhat broad experience with CSS, HTML, jQuery, PHP and Javascript, in addition to a lot of design-based projects, and rening my writing and journalistic ability. ! Freelance Corporate Identity/Marketing Consultant & Writer 2011-2013! During my two years as a freelancer, Ive had a broad range of various assignments and experiences, working not only on my own projects (primarily websites and various sorts of internet marketing), but also with a lot of companies and start-ups, writing articles, developing graphics and acting as a marketing and branding consultant. ! Ive gained a lot of experience through working from a lot of di#erent workstations, and through very di#erent methods. In addition, working with customers and clients has become part of my weekly routine, which has given me a lot of opportunities to improve my communication skills, and taught me a lot of lessons in customer support that can only be learned through experience.! To sum up, from live support to graphics, and all the way to online marketing, working freelance is a decision I do not regret, as I have learned some of the most valuable lessons of my life during that two year adventure.! Private Tech Support (sometimes paid, often times not) Middelfart, 20XX-2013! Growing up in Middelfart, Denmark, in a relatively small community, I was usually the rst person on the phone when friends, family, and sometimes even strangers called and had trouble with their computers or devices. I saw the help I could provide improve from simple problems with the computers soft- and rmware, to identifying and from time to time even resolving hardware issues. ! The help I provided was mostly voluntarily, simply because I provided most of my help to friends and family close to me, and considered it favours rather than work. I would though, once in a while help out a friend of a family member, or someone who got my number from

someone else, and would usually get a small reward for my help. Sometimes a bite to eat, or a little money. ! This work set aside, my personal hobbies within web development and the IT world in general helps me stay on top and keep tabs on the quick development were seeing out of Silicon Valley and other very promising locations at the moment.! Education HTX Lilleblt, KOM/IT (Branding and Communication), streamlined for marketing, communication and international consumer culture 2010-2013! Skills Through my work, Ive earned a broad skillset when it comes to working with technology and people. Developing applications, and accumulating a natural eye for design and development, Ive done a lot of project-oriented work, which has allowed me to work with groups of people, often with very di#erent abilities, and has helped me improve both my charisma and my e#ectivity when working in team-based environments.! Of course, whenever you build something, its going to break. Countless hours troubleshooting everything from online game servers to websites, and all the way back to simple VB.NET applications, has given me a keen sense of error, and has taught me not only how to handle and resolve a large amount of errors in both technical and not-so technical cases, but also how to locate new ones, and approach a solution to the problems that arise when dealing with anything from a computer to a di%cult customer. !
