developed and implemented a one hour Defensive Driving Refresher course for the
Charlotte Housing Authority fleet employees
• Developed a training list for 170 plus Charlotte Housing Authority employees for a
mandatory three day OSHA and Safety training

Support Broker/Case Manager: July 2006- September 07
• Provide case management services for individuals with mental illness and development
