February 10, 2014 To Whom It May Concern: It is with great esteem and pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Milton Grays. I have had the honor of serving as Miltons advisor/mentor for the past year and a half. Milton holds an aura about his life that everyone he meets is instantly drawn to him. He has a sense of devotion to people and his lifes goals that I admire, and his thirst for knowledge is something that I have never viewed before. He is an exceptional young man. He has a strong work ethic; he prioritizes and follows through until his tasks are completed. He has great organization and study skills. He has learned to manage his time to get the most out of every day. He is a hardworking and devoted student who I see excelling greatly throughout his career. Compared to other students at CMU, I would rank Miltons level of responsibility and maturity well above others. Milton displays dedication that gives nothing but positive feedback about his character. Milton has used his time well since he has arrived to Central Michigan University. He has been involved with many different activities and jobs. In his time at CMU, he has been very active in the school of Broadcast and Cinematic Arts. He has worked as a producer for News Central 34, as well as a content producer for University Center Television. David is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated where he has served as the past president and is currently vice president of the organization. Milton also had the privilege to be named Undergraduate Scholar of the Year for the fraternity. He is also an active participant with the Leadership Advancement Scholars, where he volunteers with various projects around the Mt. Pleasant, Michigan community. Miltons academic success shows that he is not a typical student; he establishes his goals and does everything he needs to reach them. The plan Milton has for his life is defined, something many of his peers cannot say. Nonetheless, Milton is a hard worker that takes life very seriously. He has strong sense of family. I have great convictions in Miltons work ethic and loyalty to things he holds with high regard. I have addressed his contributions to the CMU community.
