Referees! References upon request.! Work Experience April 2013 - Current! Various temporary roles through HAYS RECRUITMENT and freelance Graphic Design work, along with volunteering for Uni.! Volunteer Work! I assist the McGlade Gallery at ACU Strathfield with upcoming events and exhibitions, by helping to prep the gallery walls, hang or set up artwork, and setting up and serving the drink/food table. ! ! I volunteered for Sculpture by the Sea 2013, setting up the Sculpture Inside gallery, and manning info/ catalogue booths during my shifts.!

September 2011 - March 2013; Pacific Building Managers Group, Cabarita NSW! I was employed as a part-time office assistant/receptionist in a building managers office for a strata-run community. Along with paperwork/invoicing, and ad hoc office duties, I also was the face of the office, liaising with contractors, and assisting clients/residents in person and over the phone. ! I was then promoted to Contract Coordinator and my duties also included auditing contracts/agreements with contractors, and following up with them. In August - November 2012, I was the leader of the catalogue team, during the planning of our 3rd year Bach of Visual Arts & Design exhibition show. ! I liaised with 3 other leaders and the BVAD student president to help organise the show, and I was in charge of the 10 students in the catalogue team, with our job being to design and print the exhibition catalogue for the show.! ! As leader, this required me to research printing quotes, organise student picture days and collect bios for a blurb about each student in the catalogue, distribute tasks to the other students, create a schedule of works to finish the catalogue in time for print, and liaising with the printers, etc. March 2011 - June 2011 ; Sancta Sophia College, Camperdown NSW! I was employed as a part-time office assistant at the dorm I used to live in. I updated data entry of students and alumni records, assisted in marketing/advertising media for expos and events and helped plan events, and filled in during the secretarys absence -- answering phones, front desk, paperwork, etc.

2009 - 2010; Tyco Electronics AMP Netconnect Department Sydney, NSW! Part-time Marketing Assistant for the Marketing Manager and associates. I dealt with orders, marketing/ advertising, and acquiring contacts; data entry/clean up of contacts by phone; assisting with graphic art for brochures/catalogs/flyers; organizing traveling roadshows/conferences/fun events.

Skills! With my admin/office experience I have gained great customer service skills, and have always been very on the ball and organised. As an art and design student I am creative and know my way around art practices and tools. Im a hard worker, and know what it takes to get an art show up and running, and have had to showcase my own artwork for Uni, for grading and year end exhibitions. I am proficient in:!
