RM388 Online Cash Back Campaign Terms & Conditions 1.

The campaign is valid until 30 June 2014 (Campaign period). 2. The Campaign is open exclusively to new customers who apply on-line via www.pbebank.com as a principal credit cardmember during the campaign period (Qualified Cardmember). 3. The following persons are excluded from participating in the campaign :3.1 existing principal credit cardmembers applying for another/ additional principal credit card during the promotion; 3.2 employees of the Public Bank Group; 3.3 former Public Bank credit cardmember whose membership was cancelled less than one (1) year from the date of the current application; 3.4 any person applying for a Public Bank supplementary credit card during the campaign period. 4. During the Campaign period, the Qualified Cardmember will receive a one-off Cash Back payment as follows: 4.1 RM150 Cash Back on Retail Purchases To qualify for the RM150 Cash Back, the Qualified Cardmember must have charged on his principal credit card an accumulated retail purchase of RM1,000 and above within the first 2-months from the card approval date. The Qualified Retail Transactions shall include all local and overseas retail spending, online purchases and new Zero Interest Instalment Plan (ZIIP) full purchase amount (not monthly instalment) and EXCLUDE the flexipay, autodebit, balance transfer, recurring payments, payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance premiums, cash advance, casino transactions, quasi cash, interest payments, late payment fees, finance charges, annual fees, reversals, government-related payments, payments to charity(ies), payment via www.pbebank.com and ATM and any form of service/miscellaneous payments and fees.

4.2 RM238 Cash Back on Balance Transfer or Flexipay plan transactions To qualify for the RM238 Cash Back, the Qualified Cardmember must obtain :i. a one-time approved Balance Transfer or Flexipay plan of RM5,000 and above in a single transaction within the first 2-months from the card approval date; and the Balance Transfer or Flexipay plan must be for a 24-month tenure based on the current interest rates.

5. The maximum Cash Back payment will not exceed RM388-00 per Qualified Cardmember regardless of the number of principal cards applied for. 6. The Cash Back payment will be credited into the Qualified Cardmember credit card account within 4-8 weeks after the end of each subsequent month. 7. A Qualified Cardmember whose card account(s)s has been suspended, cancelled or terminated during the Campaign period will not be entitled to any Cash Back. 8. The Banks records of the application and approval dates will be final and conclusive. 9. General Terms and Conditions 9.1 By participating in this Campaign, the Qualified Cardmember will be deemed to have read, understood and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein, including decisions of the Bank which are final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained. The Bank further reserves the exclusive right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with prior notice at www.pbebank.com website. Such amendments, deletion or addition shall become effective on such date as the Bank may determine. The Qualified Cardmember agrees to be bound by such amendments, deletion or addition. 9.2 The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of the Campaign shall not entitle the Qualified Cardmember to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Qualified Cardmember as a direct and indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 9.3 The Bank shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss and damage or whatsoever suffered by the Qualified Cardmember caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation in the Promotion as a result of any act or omission on the part of the Bank.

9.4 The Terms and Conditions herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions stated in the Cardmember Agreement applicable to the Qualified Cardmember s Card Account. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the said Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the RM388 Online Cash Back Campaign. 9.5 Should you have any further queries on the Campaign, please contact our Customer Service at 03-2176 8000.
