Fad , Fraud and Falsification of CARDIO

Cardio stands for cardiovascular exercise. Meaning that which gives exercise to heart . Heart never stops working , until the person dies .The whole body never stops working completely , even in the most deep sleep . The point here is , heart is working all the time. The point is , what should be done to keep the heart healthy and strong . The principle of , so called cardio says , to give heart enough healthy workout , keep working out for at least !" minutes. That can be done only if the intensity is maintained at lower levels. That also means high intensity exercise doesn#t make any contribution to the health of heart . The over looked side of cardio is , those who practice the so called cardio , are mostly hypochondriacs , meaning overly cautious about their health and afraid of getting sick for no valid reason , they are mostly vegetarians afraid of taking the most essential non vegetarian , spicy food. They always live in fear , they see food as dangerous , harmful poison . Many see food as enemy . &xtrapolating 3 stretching the logic of cardio, marathon runners must be more healthy , than sprinters . -e don#t see that in practice. 'nly short , small framed people can go for marathon and only well built powerful can be sprinters. %low twitch muscle fibers will be more in marathon runners and fast twitch muscle fibers will be more in sprinters. Marathon runners will have low muscle density and bone density , and it will be otherwise in sprinters. 1ody ad4usts3 adopts itself to the condition it is sub4ected regularly . There is a disease called heart enlargement . 1odybuilders will have bigger heart , compared to normal si5ed people , to help pump blood into bigger muscles , which is different from heart enlargement . The si5e of the heart cannot grow unlimitedly . $f you run long distance as in so called cardio , regularly , your heart cannot take that pressure and the system ad4usts the nature of the body accordingly by reducing the si5e of the body , density of bones and muscles . and most importantly this has not proven to contribute to improving the health of the person . +nd humans are not standardi5ed creatures . &veryone doesn#t have the body structure to run regularly for long duration. The thigh muscles and knee 4oints may not have the strength to withstand the shock of running . Most of the women and many men don#t have the shock absorbing capacity and others can run only after strengthening the thigh muscles , which will take more than a year at the least . 0owadays people are advised to run 3 4og from the day one , which is totally dangerous , unintelligent . Most of those who run regularly for long durations of time ,end with knee problems , ending up with knee replacement , even.

,epending on the digestive capacity , which will increase as 6uality and 6uantity of exercise is increased , and physical activity , 6uality food is to be ingested , with enough fat , protein and carbs , vitamins , minerals , trace elements . This is a ma4or reason for blockages in the heart . +nd pure fats are innocent. %ugar is innocent , arsenic and other heavy metals added to purify :<; are the bad boys . +spartime used as sugar alternative in sugar free is deadly . Margarine is deadly as well . +ll the fast foods have high amount of dangerous chemicals . 0one of the fruit 4uices have fruits in them. Most of the fresh fruits and vegetables are high source of dangerous chemicals and 3 or they are genetically modified , safety of ingesting them have not yet been confirmed and dangers have been more or less confirmed . $nstead of addressing the real issues , damaging the knees , in the name of cardio or whatever ,will not solve the problems . -hen we stand straight , our body weight is e6ually distributed on both the knees . when we walk slowly, for a second ,the whole body weight is carried by one of the knees at a time. +s we run , faster , momentum comes into play . = times of body weight , pounding on each knee again and again , for long time , regularly will of course damage the knees . $ts 4ust common sense . +s always we ignore what can be understood normally and adopts what is theori5ed .
