Technical Requirements 1. Knowledge on AD FSMO roles. 2. AD domains and forests. 3. Backup and restore. 4. Expertise of Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010. 5. Exchange 2003, 2007 & 2010 backup and restore. 6. Disaster recovery in exchange 2003, 2007 & 2010. 7. Troubleshoot public folder replication. 8. Troubleshoot RUS. 9. Knowledge on Exchange tools like EXMERGE, PFDAVADMIN, MFCMAPI, EXBPA, Recovery Storage Group, Message tracking etc. 10. Migration between exchange servers. 11. Troubleshoot disaster recovery on exchange servers. 12. Clustering technology in exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010. 13. Troubleshoot mail flow issues with Exchange 2003, exchange 2007 and exchange 2010. 14. Knowledge on Forefront security for exchange. 16. Knowledge on Blackberry 4.5 and 5.0 a. Account Administration b. Troubleshooting Desired Skills: 1. Knowledge on LCS, OCS and Lync. 2. Knowledge on Exchange 2010 Unified Messaging 3. Troubleshoot LCS/OCS/Lync workflow. 4. Knowledge on firewalls like Barracuda, sonic wall, FrontBridge. 5. Knowledge on Thirdparty Email gateway solutions like Postini and Microsoft fore front online protection for exchange.

Messaging Admin: Key Skills: Exchange 2010 administration, Exchange 2003/2007 to 2010 migration, Exchange 2003 administration, Windows active directory 2003 and 2008, Good experience on Lync support, Providing L2/L3 support on Lync. Symantec Mail Security, Symantec Messaging Gateway, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Good understanding about email routing, exchange backup and restore, Experience on ticketing tools like HPSM, Remedy and etc. Requirement: Must have Exchange 2010 support/implementation experience with the knowledge of Exchange migration knowledge and tools skill. Exchange server 2010 administration Exchange Server performance tuning Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routing issues, server errors, mail delivery latency issues, analysis of NDR. Handling the Outlook, OWA related issues Exchange Patch management- plan, test, schedule and deploy the security patches on Exchange production environment Resolve incidents affecting the operation/availability of Exchange production systems Restoration of user mailbox or individual mails from backup for well as exchange 2010 users. Public Folder Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing replication Addition of external domain to internal organization to allow mail flow for the external domain via internal exchange server. Managing DAG, troubleshooting failover issues, addition and deletion of servers from DAG Managing ActiveSync users in Exchange 2010 infrastructure. Participated in Migration Activity (from existing exchange 2003 infrastructure to Exchange 2010 infrastructure). Blackberry 5.0 server administration Troubleshooting Enterprise Activation related issues.

Candidate should have experience in Exchange 2010 and Server Migration knowledge. Candidate should have experience in Exchange Migration. No Database Migration experience would be required . Candidates should have experience in managing 600+ Mailbox Level L2 Exposure to migration and its tools mandate. Skill Set Exchange-L2 The resources will be assigned to assist on migrating/move Lowes 2007 to 2010 Exchange mailboxes. There is a Corporate and Store user mailbox migration/move. Work Effort Description: Submit migration/move PowerShell scripts to migrate/move mailboxes as directed (schedule to be provided). Monitor submitted migration/move PowerShell scripts. Review all output for success/failures. Identify success/failures. Read excel spreadsheet reports. o Document success/failure (associated tracking metric document to be provided). Resource preferred experience: Experience with exchange migration as denoted above. Basic PowerShell script 2.0 knowledge Be able to read script if/as necessary (not to write/code). Basic excel spreadsheet knowledge be able to read output reports and distinguish associated data Should join within 10 days
