Deadline: 06 June 2013 Trkiye opens the doors of its universities for international students from all around the world with "Trkiye Scholarships". Scholarship with vast opportunities and education in qualifiedTurkish universities will help you to gain newperspectives, and abilities making you be one step ahead of others in your career. Trkiye Scholarship is a non-refundable program. Trkiye Scholarship is provided for only international students who will study in higher education level. The aim of Trkiye Scholarships is to improve mutual understanding with other countries and to contribute richness of global information with people oriented approach. Candidates can only apply onlinevia Trkiye Scholarship web sites: www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr and www.trscholarships.org Applications will be considered according to candidates' academic success. Successful candidates will be invited for face to face or on-line interviews. Information regarding interviews will be send to candidates' e-mail addresses that they used for application. Selected students will be awarded with the scholarship in a suitable fields based on thestrength of candidates' academic background. Bosphorus Undergraduate Scholarship Program: Thisprogram is only for the citizens of following countries: Argentina, Bahrain, United ArabEmirates, Brazil, Brunei, People'sRepublic of China, East Timor, Ecuador, El Salvador, Indonesia, Philippines, Guatemala, South Korea, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Japan, Cambodia, Qatar, Colombia, Kuwait, Cuba, Laos, Maldives, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Paraguay, Peru, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Oman, Uruguay, Venezuela and Vietnam. All undergradute programs other than Medical Sciences, Islamic Studies and Turkish Language andLiterature are offered in this scholarship program. Opportunities Trkiye scholarships consist of these opportunities: Allowance For Associate Students 282,50 USD per month For Undergraduate Students 282,50 USD per month Accommodation Trkiye Scholarship students can stay in public university dormitories with out paying any fee. Students who do not want tostay in these dormitories can use other housing possibilities on their own expenses. Tuition and Fees Trkiye Scholarship students do not pay any tuition or university fee for education.

 HealthExpenses Trkiye Scholarship students are covered by public health insurance. Turkish Language Course Trkiye Scholarship Students take Turkish language course for one year if they do not have proof of Turkish Language knowledge. Turkiye Scholarship students who study in other languages instead of Turkish must also takeTurkish Language Course. Transportation Trkiye Scholarship students will get a certain amount of money for their transportation expenses at their first arrival to Trkiye and departure after graduation from Trkiye. Application Requirements Those who were born no earlier than 01.01.1992, Students who are currently studying in Trkiye are not allowed to apply to the level that they are already studying. Turkish citizens and persons who lost Turkish citizenship cannot apply for this scholarship program. Trkiye scholarships are open for all country citizens who meet these conditions. AssessmentandSelection The selection of candidates is carried out according to academic achievement and interview performance. Trkiye Scholarships is a program based on academic success of thecandidates.  For Undergraduate degree applications 70 % For Medical School applications 90 % Weighted grade point average over their maximum graduation grade. Candidates among those who completed the application fully will be invited to interview according to their academic success. Interview information will be deliveredby e-mails and online application system.
