I would choose busy demanding tight schedules because it keeps the work interesting and potentially increases employee productivity. Such work schedules empowers the employees and increases their set of skills as each work day presents varying scenerios unlike in a steady consistent work structure which is rather deemed boring. 3. When did you show flexibility and a willingness to do things a new way? In presentation/project groups often there are differing views and opinions. Being the group leader I take great interest in dwelling new ideas and welcoming the diverse opinions of other group members. 4. When did you improve the way that something is organized? I was in the creative management team in organizing a concert at my school. From location selection to layout design, everything was organized by a team of six people which also included me. Being trusted with a responsibility with school's reputation at stake, I devotated day and night to make that concert a success.
