Chapter 5 I didn't see Lauren at all on Sunday, but she showed up for our Monday lunch outing with Danny. He always liked to drive us, which I didn't mind. However, I think both of us really wanted to ask her about the woman from Saturday night. It was just such a strange way to leave your friends. She could have at least given us an explanation. We sat down to eat our pizza when Danny jumped the gun. "So who was that woman last Saturday that was more important than us?" Rough start, Danny. You should have been a bit more respectful. "What woman?" She seemed genuinely confused. Maybe she really didn't know? "The brunette that you left with downtown after the movie," I reminded her. "Oh," she averted her gaze from us towards her plate. "That was my, err, boss." "From the hospital?" "No, from the nighttime research." "Why did you have to leave?" I couldn't just let her get away with ditching us and acting weird. "Because I was late. I forgot I was supposed to be there, and I have a lot riding on this research." There was something about the way she looked, how she kept looking away from us, that made me realize something is definitely wrong here. I figured this also was related to her endless advertisements for the psychology study, and that she was trying to pull in both Lilly and Heather. There was only one thing to do to get the truth out of her. "Hey Lauren," I said nonchalantly, as if to change the subject. "She forgot to call you, but Lilly said that she would like to do this study at your hospital." Her eyes lit up, much like how Stacy's and Lilly's do when they serve me. "Oh really! That's wonderful!" "Yeah, do you think you could stop by after work to tell her more about it?" "Sure. I'll stop by as soon as I get out. I have off from my late night research tonight, so I should be good." Not just good. Perfect. I didn't intend for her to join my harem, but the information I needed to get out of her was crucial. I ran down to a small jewelry shop on the way home because I felt bad for making Lilly give up that pair of green earrings (though I did erase her owning them from her memory). Silver dangles were good enough for this job, but I picked up a few more pairs of various earrings for the future. little gift box. Mom was gone for the week, currently flying to Germany to see dad. Lilly was upstairs in her room on her computer. I called her down, and she obeyed the master's commands. It was nice to know that I didn't have to constantly use the remote to control her as much, seeing as she was already hypnotized to obey meand serve me anyway. I told her all about the situation with Lauren and what I planned to do. With her silly little slave grin spread across her face, she nodded. No sooner did I brief her than Ding! Lauren was here. I let her in and Lilly called out to say hi. I guided her to the kitchen and invited her to sit down with Lilly to talk about the psychology study. It was a fairly dry explanation, unfortunately, and I obtained very little information. Basically it sounded like a load of crap to me, so I decided it was best to go with the secondary approach. "By the way, Lauren," I interrupted quickly. "I got you a gift." "Huh? Why?" "Why not? I saw these in a store and thought you might like them. Please accept it as an apology for being so tough on you on Saturday." Without hesitation she ripped off the lid to reveal the earrings. Her eyes oggled at the silver, and she asked if she could just use a mirror for a second. I pointed out the bathroom just down the hall, and she scurried off. I followed her with my remote in hand. By the time I caught up to her, she was already modeling them in the mirror. "Oh these are so cute! Thank you! Thank you soooo-" Pause and three. I could hear Lilly's head fall to the table in recumbent bliss. Unlike Stacy, who needed some coaxing to go under, Lauren went deep within a few seconds of activation, almost as if she was used to it. I caught her and carried her out to the living room, where I laid her down on the couch. Then, I wented back to the kitchen and brought Lilly over to the other couch and laid her down. I switched to remote to just Lauren, and played with her earrings a bit to bring her deeper. "Lauren, I am your master now. Understood?" "Yes, Master." "You will treasure these earrings and where them often, and you will always be willing to please the master." "Yes, Master." "Now I'm going to awaken you, and when I do, you will tell me all about why you wanted Lilly and Heather to come with you. Okay?" "Yes, Master." With that, I pressed the play button, and Lauren's eyes slowly flickered open. Lilly remained peacefully asleep on the couch. "I wanted Lilly and Heather to join me under the Mistress's control." My jaw dropped at this. Control? Was Lauren already hypnotized by someone else? There was another hypnotist out there as well? "She commanded me to find more girls for her army, so she could carry out her master plan." Now this was different. I was only doing this for my pleasure, but someone was actually building an army? The worst part was that one of my closest friends was forced to be included, and she tried to get my sister and other friend as well!

"This mistress...is she the one you followed on Saturday night?" "Yes, that is Mistress. I meet with her three times a week to report to her my findings, and she gives me a special treat." I did not even want to know. My stomach was about to flip. "Are there more girls under her control?" "Only one other girl so far, but Mistress wants to expand very soon." This was bad. At first I felt bad about controlling Lilly and Stacy, but I let them have their own lives while only 'borrowing' them for short periods to time. This woman was out to do something on a large scale, and had to be stopped. "What else do you know about this woman?" "I don't know. Every night before I leave she erases my memories of everything except my task to scout out more girls. It's really nice, I go into this dreamy state where everything is wonderful, and time seems to go backwards..." Pause and three. She slumped back into the couch as she went under again. I knew I could protect Lilly, but what about Heather? What if this woman got to Heather before I could warn her? I couldn't call or text message her it had to be face-to-face for her to really believe me. I thought I heard a tiny click, so I looked back to the sleeping Lauren. The noise had come from her neck. I turned her over to find a small black electrode stuck to her nape. So this was the mistress's method. Luckily it was not surgically implanted, but just attached with medical glue. I tried to remove it, but it was stuck pretty tight. I flicked the switch back over to Lilly and woke her up. "Hey Lilly, can you please give me a hand with this? I can't get it off." "Yes, Master." She and I both tugged, but to no avail. I didn't want to harm Lauren at all, so I decided the best way to get it off was to heat up the glue with warm water and try to slide it off. Lilly came back with a hot, wet paper towel, which I applied to the glued seam. It took a painstaking twenty minutes buteventually it became loose enough to tug away, leaving a glue stain on her skin. Another ten minutes of wiping got rid of most of it. After cleaning her up, I inspected the electrode more closely. I couldn't quite understand how it worked, or where it might have come from, so I put it in my jacket pocket to take to work the next day. Now was the time to free her. I pressed the play button for Lauren and again she rubbed her eyes and woke up from her deep sleep. "What happened?" She looked very afraid. This wasn't right. Maybe by removing the electrode, I also counteracted my own commands to her? "Lauren, calm down. Whoever you were working for late at night was not doing research. She hypnotized you." "What? I don't understand." She clutched her head and whimpered. "Don't worry, I pulled away the little device that kept you under her control. It will all be okay." These words weren't enough to comfort her. I had to do something fast. Pause and three, of course. Both girls slumped again, this time with Lilly on my shoulder. I couldn't help but reach up and play with her earrings to relax her some more. "Lauren, you are my slave now. You will no longer obey the mistress who once controlled you. I am your new master, understood?"

"Yes, Master." With a little more conditioning I sent her home a happy new slave of mine, though personally I did feel a little guilty. However, with her under my control now, the 'mistress' had lost hers, and in a way Lauren was now protected. And another plus was that I could have another girl to pleasure me in my slowly growing harem. Since I did give most of the girls complete freedom, it wasn't that big of a difference. They were normal to everyone else, just different around me. I did, however, make it so thatLauren would not act like the other slaves when we are alone unless I put her under again and command it. I respect her too much to take away the qualities of our friendship that I truly liked. The next step was to get to Heather before that woman could. Should be easy, since apparently she had refused to go along with the fake study. A little later, while giving me a massage, Lilly spoke. "Master, I have a surprise for you!" It turns out that Stacy and another friend had been invited to come have a sleepover with Lilly. Lilly, who now practically always wore the special earrings, and Stacy, who wore hers whenever she was with me, had brought home a gift to please their master Katie, a cute blond friend of theirs. Almost immediately upon learning this did I run downstairs and grab a set of premade poles. Then I went to my room and fixed them to a pair of silver chandeliers I had bought earlier. I left the earrings with Lilly and went off to do a few chores that had to be done. By the time I came back, my slaves' powers of insistance were apparent, because in that short span of twenty minutes they managed to get Katie to try on the earrings, and she was modeling them in a little hand mirror. They were so big that they framed her pale, little face and complimented her beautiful blue eyes. I decided that this time I would have a little fun with the induction. I switched the remote to Stacy, then Lilly, putting each under with the remote, then entered the room. Katie seemed a bit afraid as to what was going on. Both of her friends had just passed out in front of her, and now I was approaching her. "What did you do to them," she asked, noticing the remote. "Why, I hypnotized them!" Her big blue eyes welled up with fear, knowing she was next. She went to look away, but it was of no use. I pressed the pause and three buttons, and watched her struggle. She sat there, head nodding slightly as the waves from the poles took over her mind. I played with her earrings a bit and she fell deep into a trance.
