January 20, 2014 (Monday) After Dr.

Florentina Dumlao rescheduled our presentation date, she told us to first visit the site of income generating projects of NVSU in order for us to have a vivid idea on how to deal with the task given to us. She advised us to approach the director of agriculture, Mr. Peter Piglangay, who is in charge on the overall operation of the agri-ventures. We went to the office of agricultural department and looked for the aforementioned person. Unluckily, we were not able to meet him due to the fact that he went somewhere important. So, we, trainees, decided to research on internet on how to best measure the viability and profitability of different businesses such as poultry, piggery, rice production, swine, and the like to improve our finished output.

January 21, 2014 (Tuesday) In view of the fact that we need to visit the sites of the different ventures of NVSU, we, the assigned OJT- researchers, gathered at the NVSU administration. From the administration building, it took us almost 20 minutes to reach the poultry farm. Upon seeing their location, I realized that their land area is very wide. We saw rice field, poultry, piggery, and sheep pasture. We first visited the poultry and the sheep pasture since these areas are located at the base of the hill going to some other parts of their farm. We interviewed one of the workers present there. Environmental condition, policies, and viability of the project were asked. We took down notes, and made everything recorded.

Consequently, we went to the office of the director of agriculture for further information. Mr. Piglangay oriented us about the income generating projects of NVSU. He enumerated the existing operations both in Bayombong and Bambang campus. Some questions were asked, and he actively participated. He told us to come back sometime for recorded and printed information necessary for the research.

January 22,2014 (Wednesday) From the data gathered last January 21, I, together with my co- ojt- researchers, tried to improve the methodology we prepared. The data given to us were necessary indeed. Some modifications were made. In addition, we prepared a powerpoint presentation to better present and explain the output to the university president this coming friday.

January 23 (Thursday) We went to the NVSU Presidents office for update. But since Dr. Dumlao had a meeting, we patiently waited her until its done. Upon waiting, w e went to the Budget office to inform our superiors that after the presentation to the university president, we will resume our training at their office and do our usual routine. When the meeting was done, we went to talk with the president. There she made the schedule for our next meeting.

January 24 (Friday)

Early in the morning, we reported at NVSU Presidents office. Unfortunately, Dr. Dumlao attended a meeting. One of her subordinates told us to come back in the afternoon. We first went to the budget office and did some tasks given by maam Jane. I prepared certificates of funds availability, and pertinently attached necessary forms. Subsequently, after my job was done at the office, we went to the presidents office to report. And since there were still a lot of things to be done by the president, she rescheduled our presentation the next Monday.
