Successfully Erection & Commissioning of 52.5TPH WHRB (Make-CVL).
Successfully Erection & Commissioning of 1 X 25 MW STG. (Make-Siemens)

Company profile:An integrated steel & power division with ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001
certified plant with captive power generating units 115MW capacity & sponge iron
division (3x500 TPD) of lurgi West German technology & induction furnaces.
Project under progress for installation of 2x500 TPD Kiln & Power Plant for 675
MW.

Key Deliverable:Project Management:

Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with others for smooth

operations.
Conducting survey and testing input material sources before issue of tenders.
Project scheduling including material & manpower planning.
Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & debottlenecking.

Job Responsibility:Project planning, Erection and Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance with material & spares
management of all types Instrumentation and Electrical equipments of Thermal Power Plant.

& my overall job responsibilities are: Review of engineering documents related to DCS/PLCs, Instrument Hook-up &
P & I Diagram.
Witnessing FAT for DCS/PLC and its auxiliary & pre-commissioning tests of the
machine/equipment.
Installation/Erection, Testing & Commissioning of DCS/PLC (Make-ABB &
Siemens).
Checking of Boiler/Turbine Interlocks, Logics & Circuit.
Working areas are Turbine/Boiler/Ash Handling system/Control room readiness
follow-up
and
panel
&
instruments
installation
Turbine/Boiler
instrumentation/Cable laying/Loop checking/calibration.

Preparation of Cable Schedule & Termination details according to requirement of

system & Finalization of cable routes.

To ensure receipt of Approved drawing to site & ensuring erection as per the
approved drawings.
Co-ordination with site team during project execution & Site progress
monitoring and necessary follow-up.
Verification of the materials at site, Inspection and proper storage, ensuring the
material as per the BOM.
Day to day interaction with SIEMENS/CVL for smooth execution of the
Turbine/Boiler C&I work.

Managing the man power for different plant works & Carry out the security procedures.

Ensuring safe working.

Verification of the Contractors bills for payment.

Basic knowledge about Plant ERP.

Technical Skills: Operating System, Window 9X, XP.

Computer Hardware & Networking.
C Language.
