Any and a l l o t h e r drugs which t h e p o s s e s s i o n o f a r e i n v i o l a t i o n o f Iowa Code s e c t i o n 124.

The facts e s t a b l i s h i n g the foregoing ground(s) f o r issuance of a search warrant are as set f o r t h i n the attachments, which are made part of this Affidavit.

C u r t i s s a i d they came on a bus t o Iowa from N o r t h C a r o l i n a . C u t i s s a i d t h a t i n t h e l a s t two weeks on two o c c a s i o n s he has caught T i a r a smoking what he b e l i e v e s t o be p o t o r M a r i j u a n a . C u r t i s s a i d he knows i t ' s not a r e g u l a r t o b a c c o p i p e . He d e s c r i b e d i t as a t i n f o i l type p i p e w i t h a h o l e on t o p and was s m a l l . C u r t i s s a i d i t s t i n k s up the house. C u r t i s appears t o be f a m i l i a r w i t h c i g a r e t t e o r tobacco smoke. The d e s c r i p t i o n o f t h e smoking d e v i c e d e s c r i b e d by C u r t i s i n my e x p e r i e n c e would be a p i p e used f o r t h e purpose o f smoking m a r i j u a n a . C u r t i s i n my o p i n i o n was honest and was concerned f o r h i s w e l l b e i n g as w e l l as t h a t o f h i s two younger s i b l i n g s t h a t a l s o r e s i d e t h e r e .
