OPERATION OF INDIVIDUAL COPONENTS: 1. Casing: It acts as a protective layer for the inner sensitive components and helps in the better handling and good ergonomics in holding the device. 2. Battery: 3.7V Li-ion battery with 1200mAh serves as the power source for the mobile phone and makes the device run from morning till evening.

3. Display & Touch: Serves as a very interactive USER INTERFACE (UI). With the 3.14 full touch screen every command is at your fingertips. 4. Processing unit: Processing unit with the components SAMSUNG-KMSJS000JMB308 and BROADCOMBCM21550KFFBG delivers power packed performance. The processing unit with a processor of 832MHz provides a good processing rate of tasks and provides internal storage of 64Mb. 5. BCM4330FKFFBG: The Broadcom BCM4330FKFFBG is a third generation combo chip device that provides the highest level of integration for a mobile or handheld wireless system, and includes IEEE 802.11 a/b/g and singlestream 802.11n (media access controller (MAC)/baseband/radio), Bluetooth 3.0 + HS and FM radio receive and transmit functionality. It also features an integrated Power Management Unit (PMU), Power Amplifiers (PAs), and a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA). Thus, it provides the user functionalities like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and FM reception. 6. BCM2091 (IFBG): The BCM2091 is a highly integrated RF cellular transceiver for multi-mode (EDGE/GPRS/GSM and WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA) and multiband (850/900/1800/1900/2100 MHz) applications. The device operates in any of the 3GPP bands I-X (with the exception of band VII) and can be configured to interface with single-chain or multi-chain, multi-mode Power Amplifiers (Pas). It supports HSDPA and HSUPA and up to multislot class 3G EGPRS operation

7. BCM47511UB26: The BCM47511UB26 is the latest generation of standalone, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) solutions. The BCM47511 also supports the Space Based Augmentation (SBAS) and Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) constellations to deliver the best possible navigation performance in any geography. The BCM47511 provides an optimized standalone GNSS solution for smartphones, mobile handsets, personal digital assistants (PDAs), portable media players and portable navigation devices (PNDs).
