BDE New plans / innovative methods / proposals for getting the revenue (sponsorship / collabora- tion / exhibition) for OMICS Group A Business Development Executive along with a business development team is responsible for business growth. This is done by developing customer awareness of the business’s products and services and iden- tifying new business partners and customers. The main responsibility of a Business Development Executive is to manage, support, and supervise the business development department. This department is responsible for the acquisition of new projects and project bids. In the field of life sciences the business development department mainly supports manage- ment by providing analysis for evaluating new business opportunities, designing and development agree- ments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Developing strategic ideas or proposals to make a company successful and increase revenue, is the job of a Business Development Manager. They must be able to identify industry openings, and be an expert negotiator. Being able to execute expansion tactics and meeting fiscal targets helps a business to grow and become successful. Growing and advertising that company is the primary role of a Business development manager. Their responsibilities include acquiring an extensive comprehension of present market trends and developments, networking with clients, conducting presentations of new proposals, negotiating and making deals. However, this is dependent on their experience, the company size, location, and client base.

They are also responsible to have the complete knowledge about the conference, for the same proper information such as all the highlights re- garding the conference should be gathered so that any query during the conversation can be immediately replied and shall help the customer service executives to make successful conclusion for the conversation. If the conversation of conference coordinators with any client is having positive signs to get sponsorship, then they should also guide the conference coordinators to provide registration forms and package details in order to finalize the things on the call. So, in all ways the BDE should have constant co-ordination with Program coordinators and should have the updates in order to help make an effective follow up calls.

This task has to be done within week after the conference. The importance of this task is it gives a great impression to the conference attendees. It is BDE responsibility to upload the report as soon as possible, so it creates impression to the conference attendees about our quality and fast services, everyone who attends the conference expect to see their presentations are published and will be glad to have their speech videos and pictures. As a part of it if required BDEs are also supposed to visit any external sources (offices/ organizations) to get any information or meeting any personals which are associated to accomplish the given task.
