Teaching of the Word

True Humility (Tim Colegrove)
(It is our tradition to follow a sermon with a brief period of Q&A.
Feel welcome to ask questions relevant to this evenings teaching.)

The Lords Prayer and Blessing

L: God of compassion and joy, you bless all who hunger and
thirst for your righteousness. Give us grace to endure testing and
be true to your kingdom, that we may enjoy the life you bless.
Through Jesus, who taught us to do so, we pray for the coming of
your reign:
ALL: Our Father in heaven, holy and honored is your
name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as
it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive
us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory for
ever and ever. Amen.
L: Now may the God of peace, who brought back from the dead
our Lord Jesus, make us complete in everything good, so that we
may do Gods will, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory for
ever and ever. Amen.
Closing Worship and Proclamation (see insert)
O Love That Will Not Let Me Go
ALL: O Wisdom, Lord and Ruler, Root of Jesse, King of the
Nations, Emmanuel. Come, Lord Jesus.

Our Lamb has conquered, let us follow him."
