MAXIMO is an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system used by business,
government, and other organizations to maintain their high value capital assets, such as
facilities, systems, and production equipment. Designed for mission-critical situations,
MAXIMO links labor, equipment, and parts for more efficient planning and monitoring of
maintenance activities. MAXIMO can help maximize equipment uptime and reduce
maintenance costs.

MAXLINK unites MAXIMO Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system with
Distributed Control System (DCS), Building Management system (BMS) and or
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) for effective and economical
maintenance of your facility. The product includes MAXLINK interface software, and
consulting and customization services.

Capabilities

MAXLINK seamlessly integrates the DCS/BMS/SCADA data collection features with the
asset maintenance features of MAXIMO to provide timely preventive and emergency
work orders for your high value capital equipment.

MAXLINK is designed to collect running hours , number of starts /stops and many other
meters or measuring points such as ( Heat , Temperature , Pressure , Vibration , .)
from various equipments, such as pumps, motors, and compressors, these data can be
passed to other systems via Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE).

MAXLINK Process received data and updates the appropriate MAXIMO Assets records.
When the Meter of the Asset has reached manufacturer- or user-specified settings and
generates a preventive maintenance work order.

MAXLINK also has the ability to process preset alarm conditions and generate
emergency work orders when readings fall outside specified levels.

Once in operation, MAXLINK requires no user interaction.

MAXLINK generate an automatic data processing log report based on a pre-defined
schedule, this report indicate any errors happened while MAXLINK Process the received
data.
