I, Nicolas Andreasson, certify that I am an officer of the Company named above, and acting as an agent of the Company, that I have personal knowledge that the Company has established operating procedures that are adequate to ensure compliance with the Commissions CPNI rules, See 47 C.F.R. 64.2009 et seq. Attached to the certification is an accompanying statement explaining how the Companys procedures and ensure that the Company is in compliance with the requirements set forth in section 64.2009 et seq. of the Commissions rules (see attached). The company has not taken any actions (proceeding instituted or petitions filed by a Company at either State Commissions, the Court System, or at Commission against data brokers) against data brokers in the past year. Companies must report on any information that they have with respect to the processes pretexters are using to attempt the excess CPNI, and what steps Companies are taking to protect CPNI. The company has not received any customer complaints in the past year concerning the unauthorized release of CPNI (number of customer complaints a company has received related to unauthorized access to CPNI, or unauthorized disclosure of CPNI, broken down by category or complaint, e.g., instances of improper access by employees, instances of improper disclosure to individuals not authorized to receive the information, or instances of improper access to online information by individuals not authorized to view the information).

EURO CONNECT, INC. ACCOMPANYING STATEMENT

As of my last investigation on FCC rules on CPNI, to the best of my knowledge, Euro Connect Inc. is in full compliance with the FCCs CPNI Rules. Our operating procedures ensure that appropriate safeguards on the use and disclosure of CPNI have been implemented with C.F.R. 64.2009 and 64.2010. Weve been implementing internal procedures to make sure that the rules are applied, and the access to CPNI has the appropriate customer consent or as allowed by law and the FCC rules. Currently Euro Connect Inc. has no joint venture partner and does not release CPNI to any third parties for marketing purposes. Euro Connect Inc. has established operating procedures that are adequate to ensure compliance with section 64.2009 (e) CPNI Certification for 2014 of the Commission's rules. This statement accompanying the certificate is explaining how Euro Connect Inc. operating procedures ensure that it is in compliance with these rules. Euro Connect Inc. has the following tools in order to provide security and confidentiality to its customers: - All personnel is trained to identify the customer prior to disclosing any information unless the customer can provide their account details - Phone system with caller ID and name display. - Internal database that records all changes made to customer's accounts, keeps all notes entered at the time of conversation with the customer; the notes are not exposed to changes once entered in the system. - Internal database discloses to its users just the last four digits of the security numbers. Euro Connect Inc. uses the following procedures in order to keep all stored information secure from data brokers: - For any changes or disclosing of account data the customer is identified through caller ID in the following verbal information given by phone with a customer representative: full name and last four digits of SS#. - Firewall and database maintenance. - Weekly meetings with Euro Connect Inc. personnel to acknowledge and report unusual cases. - The online access its been maintained so the customers who access their accounts have been set up utilizing procedures established in accordance with 64.2010(c) regarding the proper authentication of customers prior to allowing a customer online access to CPNI on their account; the customer password is not prompted by us.
