Urgent lawsuit filed against FDA to halt swine flu vaccines; claims FDA
violated federal law

Washington D.C. mid-day Friday in an urgent effort to halt the distribution of the swine flu vaccine in
America. On behalf of plaintiffs Dr. Gary Null and other licensed health care workers of New York State,
the lawsuit charges that the FDA violated the law in its hasty approval of four swine flu vaccines by failing
to scientifically determine neither the safety nor efficacy of the vaccines.

"The suit will seek an injunction against the FDA from approving the vaccine," attorney Jim Turner told
NaturalNews on Thursday evening's Natural News Talk Hour show. "And the core of the argument is
that they have not done the proper safety and efficacy tests on the vaccine to allow it to be release at this
time."

The suit seeks to not only nullify the FDA's unlawful "approval" of the four H1N1 influenza vaccines, but to
also ask the court to issue an injunction that would halt any mandatory vaccination requirements.

"The FDA is required by law to establish that a vaccine is safe and effective before it can be given to the
public," said Turner. "We are arguing that they did not establish that the vaccine was effective, and did not
establish that it was safe. They are trying to get it on the market by a waiver." The vaccine / adjuvant
combination being referred to as the "swine flu vaccine" has apparently never been safety tested or
approved by the FDA. In fact, in many cases the vaccine is being sent to clinics, pharmacies and other
health establishments separately from the adjuvant chemical, leaving it up to each local vaccine retailer to
properly mix the vaccine with the adjuvant, according to information provided by Turner. With hundreds of
millions of Americans potentially being targeted with this vaccine, the potential for improper mixing,
improper dosages, and human error is alarming.

If the charges described in the lawsuit are true, it means the FDA has blatantly abandoned medical
science and violated its own regulations in approving not only these four vaccines, but the potentially
deadly adjuvant chemicals as well. To date, the FDA has produced absolutely no scientific evidence
documenting safety tests for any of these swine flu vaccines. There are no published studies, no
records of any clinical trials, and no publicly-available paper trail demonstrating that any safety testing
was done whatsoever. There is no researcher who has publicly put their name on the record declaring the
vaccines to be safe, and no FDA official has ever stated that scientifically-valid safety testing has ever
been conducted on the vaccine / adjuvant combinations now being distributed across America.

Normally, when a pharmaceutical achieves "FDA approved" status, there is a considerable paper trail of
scientific scrutiny, peer review, clinical trials and other supporting evidence. To our knowledge, no such
documents exist for the swine flu vaccines. The FDA's approval of these vaccines appears to be
based entirely on a whim. Why, then, did the FDA apparently violate the law and push these vaccines into
full public distribution without securing the safety testing required by law? Turner suspects a profit motive
may be involved for one: "They're charging $24.95 to get a vaccine. Multiplied by 100 million people,
that's a lot of money. If you do the whole society, you're talking about several billion dollars."

Airports to Screen Passengers For H1N1 Symptoms

New government air travel guidelines are on their way. This flu season, airport staff across the nation
won't just be screening for security threats. They'll also be looking out for health threats – people who
look like they may have the H1N1 virus. The government says that people traveling internationally may
be screened for the H1N1 virus as they leave or enter the U.S. A warning from Flu.gov tells travelers:

"Due to the outbreak of H1N1 (Swine) flu occurring in the United States and many other countries, airport
staff in some countries may check the health of arriving passengers. Travelers from the United States
arriving in other countries may be checked for fever and other symptoms of H1N1 (Swine) flu, and their
travel may be delayed."

The site says that when you travel internationally from the United States, officials in other countries may
ask you to:

• Pass through a scanning device that checks your temperature. (The device may look like an
airport metal detector, a camera, or a handheld device.)
• Have your temperature taken with an oral or ear thermometer
• Fill out a sheet of questions about your health
• Review information about the symptoms of H1N1 (Swine) flu
• Give your address, phone number, and other contact information
• Be quarantined for a period of time if a passenger on your flight is found to have symptoms of
 H1N1 (Swine) flu
• Contact health authorities in the country you are visiting to let them know if you become ill

In addition, the site says "If you have a fever or respiratory symptoms or are suspected to have H1N1
(Swine) flu based on screening, you may be asked to:

• Be isolated from other people until you are well

• Have a medical examination
• Take a rapid flu test (which consists of a nasal swab sample)
• Be hospitalized and given medical treatment, if you test positive for H1N1 (Swine) flu

Recipients Of The Swine Flu Vaccine Are Being Given CDC “Vaccination
Record” Tracking Cards

Swine flu vaccinations began Monday in Indiana,

Illinois and Tennessee, and recipients of the H1N1 vaccination are being given CDC "vaccination record"
tracking cards to help keep a record of who has received the swine flu vaccine. This news is causing
concern among privacy advocates who are worried that the U.S. government could use these CDC swine
flu vaccination cards to track down those who have not had the vaccine if the government decides to
make the swine flu vaccine mandatory.

News about these swine flu vaccination cards was dropped in the middle of an AP story about the
beginning of swine flu vaccinations in the United States. When this was discovered, many concerned
citizens started asking questions about these swine flu vaccination cards.

Fortunately there is a little bit more information out there about them. The following is from the CDC's

Recipients of the 2009 H1N1 vaccine will be provided with a hand-held card to serve as a record of

to their primary care provider so that vaccination information can be transcribed into the patient’s
permanent medical record.

So there it is. Health authorities are going to have a record of exactly who has received the swine flu

The conclusion states that: “Findings suggest that U.S. male neonates vaccinated with hepatitis B
vaccine had a 3-fold greater risk of ASD.”
The new study used a different database than their earlier study, and they found same results, suggesting
a validation of their findings.

Routine use of the hepatitis B vaccine for all newborns began in 1992, despite the fact that there was

Activist Groups that Fund Pharma Try to Regulate Silver as a Pesticide

which were behind the petition to the EPA to regulate nano-silver as a pesticide received funding from
pharmaceutical giant Merck, which annually has hundreds of billions of dollars in profits from patented
antibiotics which colloidal silver poses a risk to. Now, further investigation has discovered that the initial
revelations may just be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Merck and other pharmaceutical
companies funding of the groups who support the EPA petition.

The actual source of the funding that was first revealed in emails and colloidal silver blogsites was the
John Merck Fund, which was set up in 1970 by Serena Merck, the widow of Merck Pharmaceuticals CEO
George W. Merck. The recipients of funding who are signees on the petition to the EPA were identified

Subsequently, it was discovered that a second Merck foundation, the Merck Family Fund, gave a
$200,000 grant for 2006-2007 to another petitioner, Silicon Valley Toxics Coalition.

The Center for Food Safety (CFS), which along with its sister organization the International Center for
Technology Assessment (ICTA) initiated the EPA petition and enlisted the other groups which signed off
on the petition, received the second largest amount of funding of any group from the John Merck Fund.
The largest recipient by far of Merck funding was the Tides Center/Tides Foundation, whose total
funding was almost $2.7 Million.
Thus far, the EPA has taken no action on the petition, though it is widely expected to make a ruling by
early fall, and many expect that silver will indeed be regulated as a pesticide. Such an action would have
the effect of banning virtually all the colloidal silver products currently used by millions of people to
combat infections and pathogens of all kinds. In many instances, mainstream medicine has no answer for
some of the deadliest of pathogens, such as MRSA.
Colloidal silver represents a huge threat to the billions of dollars in profits Big Pharma annually rakes in
from less effective, less safe and far more expensive patented antibiotic drugs. Such an agenda becomes
obvious when one looks at the list of products singled out for banning that was part of the petitions and
finds the three largest producers of colloidal silver specifically listed among the products. Many more
colloidal silver products were later added as an addendum.

As an example of the subterfuge, one of the environmental groups which signed the petition, Friends of
the Earth, sent emails this past spring to concerned members who used colloidal silver to assure them
that they had no desire or intention to regulate colloidal silver. Then in June they published a position
paper which stated, "We believe that all over-the-counter colloidal silver products should be immediately
withdrawn from the market and their sale should be banned (unless approved as a drug by the
appropriate regulatory agency)."
Similarly, in March of this year, just before the EPA closed the door to public comments on the campaign
to regulate silver as a "pesticide," the environmentalists published an article claiming that a "major new
clinical study" had proven that silver harms human cells.

What the environmentalists failed to report in their article is enlightening. First of all, it turned out that the
study they cited was hardly "major." Indeed, it was a very small study conducted by a virtually unknown
research group in China.

It also turned out that the group conducting the study was in cahoots with two major pharmaceutical
companies who are major producers of prescription antibiotic drugs. And finally, the study itself merely
demonstrated the well-known fact that silver kills e. coli bacteria by damaging its cellular structure and
preventing it from replicating.

In other words, the study was on bacterial cells, not human cells.

The justification for considering silver to be a pesticide in the first place is because it kills bacteria, viruses
and other single celled pathogens, which the environmental groups have defined as "pests". Using the
same definition would apparently also make common bleach, rubbing and drinking alcohol, aerosol
disinfectants, and antibiotic and antiviral drugs "pesticides" as well - but only silver has been singled out.

One wonders why environmental groups are seemingly in bed with Big Pharma to begin with on the issue
of silver, which is a natural element that has been in our waters, soils and plants since mankind first put
down footsteps in the sands of time. Where is the concern over all of the drugs that are polluting our
drinking water? According to a recent investigative report from the Associated Press, "U.S.
manufacturers, including major drugmakers, have released at least 271 million pounds of pharmaceutical
drugs into waterways that often provide drinking water for millions of Americans - contamination the
federal government has consistently overlooked..."

According to the Associated Press report, "...trace amounts of a wide range of pharmaceuticals -
including antibiotics, anti-convulsants, mood stabilizers and sex hormones - have been found in American
drinking water supplies...pharmaceuticals have now been detected in the drinking water of at least 51
million Americans."

The figures reported may be merely the tip of the iceberg since, as the report itself states, "Most cities
and water providers still do not test." The report also notes, "Some scientists say that wherever
researchers look, they will find pharma-tainted water."

The AP report also noted that "Pharmaceutical makers typically are excused from having to submit an
environmental review for new products, and the FDA has never rejected a drug application based on
potential environmental impact."

Furthermore, according to the AP report, the Big Pharma companies do not even need to submit
environmental reviews for their drugs, which are now contaminating the drinking water of tens of millions
of American men, women and children.

But colloidal silver, which has never been demonstrated to contribute to environmental pollution, is being
singled out by the environmental groups (backed by their Big Pharma paymasters) for extreme and
completely unwarranted environmental regulations that will literally drive most if not all colloidal silver
manufacturers and vendors completely out of business. And it`s all being pulled off in the name of
"protecting the environment."

In short, Big Pharma produces hundreds of billions of dollars a year worth of prescription drugs and

Military to get mandatory swine flu shots soon

September 29, 2009, MSNBC/Associated Press--U.S. military troops will begin getting required swine flu
shots in the next week to 10 days, with active duty forces deploying to war zones and other critical areas
going to the front of the vaccine line. Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart also [said] that as many as 400
troops are ready to go to five regional headquarters around the country to assist federal health
and emergency management officials. The Pentagon has bought 2.7 million vaccines, and 1.4 million
of those will go to active duty military. National Guard troops on active duty are also required to receive
the vaccine, as are civilian Defense Department employees who are in critical jobs. "Because I can
compel people to get the shots, larger numbers will have the vaccine," said Renuart, commander of U.S.
Northern Command. "They will, as a percentage of the population, be vaccinated more rapidly than many
of us. So we may see some objective results, good or not, of the vaccinations." Shots will be doled out on
a priority basis, with troops preparing to deploy first, followed by other active duty forces, particularly any
who might be needed to quickly respond to a hurricane or other emergency. Inoculating the military is a
key requirement of the Pentagon's emergency plan, as a way to ensure that troops are available to

A Personal Vaccination Tragedy Publicized

"An alarming number of U.S. troops are having severe reactions to some of the vaccines they receive in
preparation for going overseas." This was not from the internet originally, though the video can be seen
on the internet now. It was presented by a Cincinnati Ohio Target 5 local TV presentation in early 2007.

The story featured a local area young man 20 years of age in the Marine Corps, Lance Corporal David
Fey, who had a strange experience at his Marine Base in California in November of 2005. "They asked us
our name. We stood on these yellow footprints, and they gave us this shot, and we got the rest of the day
off," he recalled. "After that shot, I started swelling up. I gained 30 pounds of water. My eyes swelled up
where I couldn't see . . .."

David Fey almost died from kidney failure and was transported to a hospital in his home county. He had
to undergo dialysis three times a week while waiting for a kidney transplant. His pain was so bad that his
mother confessed praying for him to be "taken away in the night" to spare him of his misery.

All the attempts to uncover what was in the shot have leaded nowhere. David Fey's mother was told the
information was classified or confidential. The military records didn't even show that David had been
given any vaccination. After 11 months, flu shot was entered by hand into David's military medical record.

A military medical officer, who had his name withheld and identity obscured in the TV report, asserted that
there are thousands of similar cases, ranging from arthritic pains to death after vaccinations, and when
they complain they are usually told it's "all in their heads". The medical officer went on to say, "When the
issue, I believe, of the use of the vaccine comes out, I believe it will make the Walter Reed scandal pale
in comparison." He also speculated on the possibility that experimental vaccinations were being
administered to military personnel.

Former Lieutenant Colonel Sues Florida Over Forced Vaccination Policy

A former lieutenant colonel who almost died from taking a smallpox shot is suing the state of Florida over
a law that allows the government to forcibly vaccinate the public in the event of a pandemic. Carmen
Reynolds claims that the vaccinations she was forced to take during her 20-year military career destroyed
her physique and also wrecked her internally, causing excruciating pain and permanently damaging her
immune system.

The Florida law mandating forcible vaccinations in the event of a public health emergency makes
no exceptions for religion objections or health conditions and allows for police force to be used to
quarantine individuals who refuse to take the shot, or even forcibly inject them at gunpoint if
necessary.

“I refuse to be killed by another vaccine,” stated Reynolds, who is suing Florida’s governor, attorney
general and surgeon general over the law. “I served my country for 22 years not to be told that I am a
criminal, a 2nd degree misdemeanor offender because I raised my hand and said this isn’t right. I don’t
want toxins in my body because it jeopardizes my health,” Reynolds told ABC 3 News.

Similar laws are on the books across America and could easily be enforced should the swine flu
pandemic return in the form of a deadlier mutation, as officials have been saying is likely to happen.

Big Pharma Microchip to Force Drugging

Andrew Jack--The Financial Times--September 22, 2009--Patients who fail to pop pills on time could
soon benefit from having a chip on their shoulder, under a ground-breaking electronic system being
developed by Novartis, the Swiss pharmaceuticals group. The company is testing technology that
inserts a tiny microchip into each pill swallowed and sends a reminder to patients by text
message if they fail to follow their doctors’ prescriptions.

The partnership with Proteus Biomedical, which originally developed the technology, is one of
several alliances under development by Novartis as it and rival pharmaceuticals companies
attempt to maintain high prices for innovative medicines by ensuring that they are taken as the
doctor ordered. Pfizer’s Health Solutions division has developed a system to telephone patients to
encourage them to take medicine.

Joe Jimenez, head of pharmaceuticals at Novartis, said tests using the system – which
broadcasts from the “chip in the pill” to a receiver on the shoulder – on 20 patients using Diovan,
a drug to lower blood pressure, had boosted “compliance” with prescriptions from 30 per cent to
80 per cent after six months.

standards of living. Typically the incidence of a disease was clearly declining before the vaccine for that
disease was introduced. In England the incidence of polio had decreased by 82 % before the polio
vaccine was introduced in 1956.
