Arthur Shelley Arthur is a capability and knowledge strategy consultant and author of the books:
Being a Successful Knowledge Leader and The Organizational Zoo: A Survival Guide to
Workplace Behavior.
He works with corporations and government teams to enhance outcomes from projects
and knowledge based initiatives. In his former role as Global Knowledge Director at
Cadbury Schweppes, he successfully initiated and facilitated virtual global communities
to leverage knowledge, exchange ideas and increase productivity.
Arthur incorporates humour and metaphor into his workshops to build understanding,
trust and relationships, enhance teamwork and secure ownership. His ‘Conversations

concepts for inclusion within the strategy. His knowledge leadership workshops develop
learning across teams and generate better quality outcomes for both the individual and
the group.
Arthur created and mentors the Organizational Zoo Ambassador Network, a free
