Role Summary MarketSphere is looking for an Oracle BI Consultant to join the Oracle Business Intelligence Practice. As the BI Consultant, the individual will work with the EPM-BI team to design and develop the BI architecture from data sourcing all the way through to the end target data structures and presentation of data through dashboards and reports.

Essential Responsibilities As a MarketSphere Consultant you assist in full life cycle projects beginning with Planning activities such as the project kick-off. During the Design phase, consultants contribute to design sessions to help identify business system requirements needed to meet the client's business and transformational goals. You are responsible for documenting the business requirements and system design. Consultants are heavily involved in the Build phase. Consultants configure the applications and conduct iterative application unit testing to ensure business requirements are adequately met. During the Testing phase you both develop and execute test scripts. Consultants also create Training materials and quick reference guides to help support the user. They may conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment. In the Deployment phase you provide post-production support. Other General and Administrative responsibilities include participation in meetings and preparation of minutes as appropriate. You are also responsible for mentoring and delegating to junior team members.

Required Qualifications

1+ year(s) overall BI Experience 1+ year(s) of Data warehouse design, modeling, or development experience Knowledge of software development lifecycles Able to work with functional and technical client teams Strong leadership skills and the ability to train, mentor, direct, and validate the work of team members Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills and must be comfortable communicating with all levels in the organization from CEOs to business analysts Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives Experience installing/configuring/implementing OBIEE 11g Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle DRM Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Essbase BA/BS with a concentration in (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science

Additional Qualifications Able to apply creative solutions to solve client problems Extremely analytical with strong business sense Highly organized and detail oriented Flexible, adaptable and an eager self-starter Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle DRM and/or Oracle Essbase Experience with Essbase, Informatica ETL, DAC, DRM, ODI, FDM, EPMA, ERPi, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM),and RPD Implementation certification in Oracle|Hyperion Essbase, OBIEE / BI Foundation, Oracle BI Applications (Oracle Fusion Analytics) or equivalent Experience with Enterprise Application Integration & back-end data connectivity applications Experience in Iterative and Agile Development methods PMP Certification Prior consulting industry experience or prior experience in an internal consulting role Must be currently eligible to work in the United States, position is not eligible for employer sponsorship
