1. Define any problem related to your university life (losing weight, academic management, financial management, choosing group assignment member ect)

There are many problems that I faced on my daily life at university. The main problem I face is when the selection of group member assignment. Most of the members in my group have different of student accommodation hall (DPP) and some of them are beyond the UUM campus. Moreover, it is hard for us to discuss as we have different free time. The only time that we have is at night but it is risky for those who stay outside the campus. Even though we will always meet in the classroom, we do not have enough time to discuss about the assignment as we need to attend another class.

2. Identify any technology tools/devices to solve your problem (apps, computer based system ect)

In this era of technology, there are a lots of technology and devices that can be used to solve the problem. Each tools will usually have different functions and design. Therefore, very easier for everyone to solve the problem by using tools of technology. In my case, I found out that there are application called Facebook and Google Mail. Facebook is an online social networking service. Before using the site, the users must register after they may create a personal profile, add other users as friends, exchange messages, and receive automatic notifications when they update their profile. Besides that, Gmail is a free and advertising supported email service provided by Google. The application same with Facebook, before we using the websites, the users must register by inserting email and password. Both are having the same function which is connecting people but using Google mail is not specific to be as social network. It is cheap as well as we just need to connected to internet and just get connected. This two application not only can be found when browsing Google, but also can installed into our gadget

3. Discuss how will you solve the problems

Now I already know which application can help my problem, I must installed the application so that my works become easier. I also need to inform my group member benefit when use Facebook or Gmail. When we need to do discussion, we do not need

to find free time to all my group members. Any problems or discussions can be done via Facebook or Gmail. We can also communicate with one of each other at any time. If have free time, each person can make a post if there is a problem and what to ask what is not understood. Besides, I will also make group on Facebook to facilitate group members to upload any journal, article, assignment to be viewable by every members. Without this application of course I could not make the assignment well and burden group members to find a place to having discussion.
