The gas and water-cooled MIG/MAG welding torches are part of our integrated system. They are coordinated with all other EWM components, and this combination ensures that the full performance capability of the power sources goes into the welding process. Extreme robustness and durability reduce wear and the cost of spare parts. The separate shielding gas guide also reduces gas losses to a considerable extent, reducing consumption and avoiding process problems. Lifecycle costs are comparatively low, which makes for rapid amortisation.

Highlights
Minimising process faults
Adequate cooling is ensured with EWM torches. A separate gas supply prevents oxygen being sucked in. In addition an excellent gas cover and a transfer free wire guide from the central connection to the current contact nozzle prevent possible process problems.
Fatigue-free working with the least effort
Ergonomically-formed grip plates and optimum balancing make fatigue-free working with minimum effort possible over a longer period of time.
Quick amortisation due to low life cycle costs
Extreme robustness and durability reduce wear and the cost of spare parts. The flow nozzles, which are manufactured from low-wear zirconium copper, contribute to this. Screw-on and nickel-plated gas nozzles ensure a secure fit, the best heat dissipation and low spatter adhesion. The separate gas supply makes minimum gas loss possible.
Long service life
EMW torches can be operated for a very long time without interruption. The excellent cooling reduces wear considerably, clearly reduces the downtime and set up time and also leads to errors being avoided.
Function torch - perfect operation on site
The functionality of our torches leaves nothing to be desired. You select the wire speed, enter programme and jobs (welding tasks) and have these displayed. All EWM welding torches have torch and function buttons with high-grade micro switches.

Function torch
Function torch 1 UP/Down
With the Up/Down remote control function you can comfortably adapt the wire speed to your task while welding or during the welding break. It is possible to select a programme depending on the machine.
Function torch 2 UP/Down
Along with the wire speed you can also correct or set the welding voltage with this operating variant. Programme and job selection are also possible depending on the machine type.
Function torch Powercontrol 1
In addition to the UP/Down variant the Powercontrol has a display so you can view all the changes undertaken straight away. An invaluable benefit if you can no longer see the display on the case or on the machine while welding in difficult positions.
Function torch Powercontrol 2
This variant provides the highest level of comfort - complete access to all settings and display of all important parameters directly on the torch. You can change the wire speed, voltage correction, programmes and jobs with a glance at the three-digit LED display.
Welding torch with replaceable neck
Put the torch neck with three different bend radii into the optimum welding position. In this way you will not only reach each welding point without difficulty. The replaceable neck also frees the guide hand. You can concentrate on your welding task for longer.
EWM fume extraction torches
replace suction arms and tube systems and extract the fumes at exactly the point where they develop. They provide a high degree of flexibility with a compact structure at the same time. The special geometry of the extraction nozzle prevents any swirling or extraction of the shielding gas.

The gas and water cooled TIG welding torches have a high level of performance and a practical and light construction at the same time. The perfected cooling system guarantees extremely long service life and the optimum heat dissipation also permits the use of smaller tungsten electrodes. The innovative torch construction prevents direct temperature ingress of the gas nozzle on the torch body. That saves the torch, increases service life and thus ensures high cost efficiency.

The advantage of quality
TIG series
Highlights
Fatigue-free working with the lowest effort
An ergonomic handle with a high level of grip safety, a short ball joint for optimum movement radii and also light and flexible hose packages make fatigue-free working without interruptions possible.
Quick amortisation
The torches for the TIG welding machines from EWM pay off quickly. The wear is considerably lower than average and the infrequent exchange of replacement and wearing parts minimises down times.
Long service life
You can work for a long time with EWM TIG welding torches. Extremely good cooling allows a long service life. Minimum wear and clearly reduced down times and set up times leave more time for welding.
Maintenance friendly and low storage costs
EWM has limited the accessories to three components: the torch cap, the electrode holder or gas diffuser and the gas nozzle. This makes it possible for you to have not only clear warehousing but also lower costs.
Function torch - perfect operation on site
The functionality of our torches leaves nothing to be desired. You select the wire speed, enter programmes and jobs (welding tasks) and have these displayed. All EWM welding torches have torch and function buttons with high grade micro switches.

Advantages
Safe working
The large torch buttons with optimum pressure point guarantee safe switching on and off of the welding current by means of microswitches.
Function torch UP/Down
During welding or a welding break you can adapt the welding current to your concrete requirements by pressing a button. You select a pre-defined programme depending on the machine control variant.
Retox function torch
In addition to the UP/Down function the Retox control module provides information on a three digit LED display. You can see all the changes immediately and you do not have to look at the machine. Setting and displaying programmes, the welding current and other welding parameters.
HFL-version
All TIG torches of the series 150 to 450 can also be obtained in the High Flex leather version. Special hoses and cables inside the hose package give a high degree of flexibility. The first metre from the grip end is equipped with very hard wearing and soft nappa leather.
Gas rotary valve
Optimised for TIG welding with MMA welding machines of the Pico series. Optimum gas regulation with the rotary valve directly on the torch grip.

The EWM plasma welding torch generation provides you with the highest level of economic efficiency. Its extremely small structure makes accessibility easier for you, also with difficult component geometries. The extremely stable welding process leads to spatter free welding and high grade weld seams. This eliminates the need for lengthy further work. The plasma welding torches can be used in manual and automatic operation for high quality joints (welding and soldering) or for GMA surfacing. Optimum cooling guarantees a long service life of the wearing parts. A special gas lens makes very good gas shielding possible which allows for the processing of sensitive materials.
