Pursuant to FederalRuleofCivilProcedure26(f),duringaconferenceonNovember22,
2013 betweencounselfor all plaintitfsandcounsel for all defendants (Hthe Parties"),counsel for
the Partiesdiscussed and agreed to udiscoveryplan, which was orderedby the Court011
December6, 2013. Pursuantto ameetand conferonFebruary14, 2014, the Pattiesagreed to the
proposed amendment to the scheduleas follows. :
(1)DefendantsDennis Rosen and Jeanique Grecnshallprovide plaintiffswiththe initial
disclosures requiredunder Federal Ruleof Civil Procedure 26(a)(1)no laterthan December6,
2013.

(2) The Parties shall serve their first request for production of documents, p\lTSuant to
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 34, no later than December 20,2013.
(3) The Parties will produce documents in response to the first requests for production of
documents on a mlling basis. with prodllctioll to be completed no later than Febr'uary 7, 2014.
(4) The PUTtieS shall serve their notices of party depositions, purs\41.nt to Federal Rule of
Civil Procedure 30, no later than December 20,2013.
(i) Subject to objection, Plaintiffs anticipate deposing persons most
knowledgeable on the remaining vagueness claim iss\1es from (a) the office of the Attorney
Genera! of the State of New York; (b) the New York State Liquor Authority; (c) the New York
Athletic Commission; and (d) the New York Department of State as well as the following:
Melvina Lathan and other party and non-party witnesses to be identified.
Oi) Subject to objection and pursuant to StipUlation between the Parties dated
January 30, 2014. Defendants anticipate deposing: Plaintiffs LUna, LLC d/b/a Ultimate Fighting
DOll Lilly, tmd Shannon Miller, as well as non-party witnesses Jim Genia and the
pcr:)Q!ls most knowledgeable on the remaining vagueness claim issues from the World
Kick hoxing Association and Olher !lon-party witnesses to be identified.
(5) The Parties shall serve additional notices of party depositions, pursuant to Federal
Rule of Civil Procedure 30, no later than February 7, 2013
(6) The Parties shall serve subpoenas upon any third party witnesses no later than
February 21,2014, seeking the production of documents andior depositions.
(7) Depositions of parties and non-parties shall be conducted at mutually convenient
dales and times and completed no later than April 25,2014.
(8) All discovery shall be complete by April 25,2014.
