Governors of establishments without terminals must not attempt to obtain one through their local Constabulary, regardless of whether it is intended for use by prison staff or seconded police officers, unless they have first sought authorisation from Security Group.

This form must be sent to the appropriate PNC establishment. !ny change to the list must be immediately communicated to the PNC establishment.
