Quickstrap is Qualitys brand of hand grade polypropylene strapping made in a choice of job- matched widths, thickness and tensiles. Qucickstrap has been proven to be an effective alternative to steel or nylon strapping at a fraction of the cost. In addition to being economical, plastic strapping has the advantage in its ability to contain shrinking and setting loads, or grow with expanding loads. ith your choice of closure method, you get the kind of strapping efficiency that improves performance, saves job time and measurably cuts labor costs.

Polypropylene Strapping
$olypropylene strapping is the most commonly used plastic strapping on the market. Its high elongation and recovery and low retained tension make polypropylene strapping an excellent choice for light duty uniti*ing, bundling and carton closing. It is commonly used to bundle newspapers, small parcels being shipped by parcel carriers 9F$!, (edex, etc: and pallet strapping. $olypropylene strapping is available in hand grade and machine grade.

!emi automatic strapping machines will bundle a package 9pull the strapping tight:, then seal the strapping, and cut off the strap from the strapping roll. %he users still have to put the strapping around the object being strapped prior to the strapping cycle. &utomatic strapping machines have an arch to automatically strap the product. %he operator just places the carton on the strapping machine table top. %he strapping machine will then run a strap around the carton, pull it tight, seal it and cut the strapping. %he machine is then reset for the next cycle. %he entire strapping cycle just takes a few seconds. %he machine is activated either by a foot pedal, strap button or electronic sensor.
