Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall operations of the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Maintenance section in the repair and servicing of E&I equipment. To plan and implement preventive maintenance & overhaul programs To ensure high availability of plants E&I equipment To coordinate test and execute switching on HV equipment To plan and carry out purchasing and replenishment of spare parts and tools, in coordination with Procurement department Attend to all emergencies concerning E&I equipment To plan and negotiate on contracts for the supply and work, including supervision of work To plan and coordinate inspections for the received spare parts and tools To implement and enforce ISO procedures To ensure the plant electrical maintenance is within budget To provide leadership and teamwork on jobs execution with electrical, mechanical maintenance and operations To plan and implement continuous improvement programs To plan and implement internal training and OJT programs To provide plant tour and training for students and other visitors

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering At least 7 year(s) of working experience in operations and maintenance of heavy industrial, water plant or power plants Grade 1 or 2 Steam Engineer Certificate will be advantageous Experience in handling HV equipment Experience with Distributed Control Systems and Automation & Control Systems
