Admission Process

STEP 1 - APPLICATION Submission of the following documents required: 1. Application Form ALL points completed; 2. Application Fee; 3. a) For undergraduate students: High school transcripts AND High School Certificate/Diploma equivalent to 12 year Australian secondary education; b) For postgraduate students: transcripts AND Degree paper Transcripts (grades) should be: 1. Final and official issued in their original language (if final transcripts are not available, we need to receive the confirmation from the school stating the expected graduation date for the student); 2. With the information about grading system; 3. Translated in English (if transcripts are issued in a language other than English); 4. Certified by an authorized person. Certificate/Diploma/Degree should be: 1. Translated in English (if an award is issued in a language other than English); 2. Certified by an authorized person. WHAT IS CERTIFICATION: If you have an access to the original copies of the documents or the copies translated and/or authorized by the notary, please make photocopies of those documents and before sending them to BM, kindly write down on every single page of the photocopies the following: I certify that this is a true copy of the original, First Name, Second Name, Date 4. Copy of the passport (photo page only) very clear one: so that admissions can read easily the name, passport number, etc... 5. English Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.), if English is not your first language; 6. Subject curriculum documentation (if requesting Recognition of Prior Learning/course credit for subjects previously completed) and Curriculum Vitae.

STEP 2 - LETTER OF OFFER (LOO) Upon receipt of the full application file, and when it is determined that the applicant meets all entry requirements, LOO will be issued. It is sent by e-mail to the applicant or the educational counsellor. Together with LOO the following documents will be sent: application fee receipt, LHE Letter, BMIHMS Important Information. Should there be any Recognition of Prior Learning (credit for subjects previously completed), it will be stated in the credit transfer table sent together with the Letter of Offer. STEP 3 - ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER (AOO) If satisfied with the offer, within 28 days the applicant should send signed and dated AOO with the selected options for accommodation and health insurance (AOO consists of 3 pages). Together with AOO, the applicant should forward to the school the evidence of the deposit payment remittance slip - if credit card details are not provided. Deposit payment options are stated in LOO. STEP 4 - CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT (CoE) CoE is the most important document for the student when applying for the student visa at the AU Consulate. For information on Visas please visit http://www.immi.gov.au/students/students/chooser/. Together with CoE the following documents will be sent: Letter of Confirmation, Welcome booklet, deposit receipt, full invoice, invoice notes (payment details), arrival form (except for postgraduate students). STEP 5 - PAYMENT Once the visa is received, please send us the remittance slip confirming that the payment of the invoiced amount is made. School fee is paid at least 28 days prior to the students enrolment date; if late, there is an administration fee of 500 AUD to be charged; should there be a valid reason for late payment, kindly advise your enrolment support in advance. STEP 6 - ARRIVAL Once the Australian Student Visa is received, please book and pay for your flights to Sydney to arrive on the orientation date. Kindly send us the Arrival Confirmation form (except for postgraduate students).
