Dear Sir:
As you know, McCormack Intellectual Property Law, P.S. has been retained as legal
counsel for Getty Images to pursue copyright infringement claims against
Getty Images has already provided evidence of the unresolved infringement in the form of
screenshots. According to our records, we have not received a response to our most recent
communication regarding this matter. Getty linages is currently interested in an amicable
resolution of this matter if possible, but continues to seek compensation for the prior unlicensed
use.
To effectuate this goal, our finn has been authorized to reduce the prior settlement offer
noted above accept $1547 in full and final settlement of this matter if payment in foll is received
within the next ten days. This is a one-time offer of reduced settlement and will be withdrawn
without further notice if payment is not received by the requested date. This offer is made
without prejudice to Getty Images' legal rights and remedies available under law, all of which
