Heritage Angels The renovation of Northover Mill was nominated for an English Heritage Angel Award by Bob Croft, the Somerset County Archaeologist. The certificate of special commendation is on display in the Mill.

Architectural Heritage Fund Annual Review 2012-2013 Northover Mill was featured in the AHF review. AHF sponsorship has helped BIRT engage professional consultants when needed over the years. The story of BIRT and our heritage industrial buildings at Northover Mill and Bailys Tannery takes up all of page 8, first in the list of completed projects. Earthborn Paints Our new tenants chose sustainable clay-based paint to decorate the newly renovated interior of Northover Mill. When Earthborn paints heard about the property, they chose to use the new lease of life of this special building as a case study of the advantages of their products. The working title of the piece is Glastonburys pioneering approach to sustainable renovation. The case study is still in preparation.
