His approach to handle academic problems is quite analytical and methodical. If compared with other professionals of his standing, he can excel by maturity, clear mindedness and sense of duty.

How do you rate the candidates academic ability?

He is an intelligent and harworking person. He speaks english fluently and communicates in articulate way. He has been among the top three students in his MSc degree programme as he has been a student of mine in this programme. His written english is also very good.

He has leadership qualities. His work reflects origionality of thought and superior intellect. He is capable of carrying out independant research & can successfully work in groups as well. I found that during discussions his question queries were positively aiming towards in depth competetive knowledge of engineering concepts.
