- In Europe and globally a strong common trend is that legislation for environmental
regulations of sparsely populated areas is continuously tightening.
- European Union Environmental Directive 76/1223 entered into force in 1997 - Wastewater must be treated in future on a stricter basis than before

- New environmental regulations for sparsely populated areas came into force in 2004 in Finland. - The environmental protection act , which obliges waste processing - Processing requirements: nitrogen 40%, phosphor 85%, Bod7 90% - These requirements are becoming more common in the whole of Europe - Finland is one of the leading countries in environmental technology.

3. Ecolators technology and product / purification process

1. FILL
The wastewater from a residence is first led to Ecolator's pump well. Ecolator's computer-controlled central unit dispenses from the pump well a suitable sized batch of wastewater into the purifier.

2. AERATION
Ecolator's computer-controlled central unit dispenses phosphor's sediment chemical and accelerates at the same time the bacteria function eating organic solid matter and the discharge of nitrogen by means of aeration.

3. SETTLING
Ecolator's computer-controlled central unit lets the precipitated phosphor and solid matter settle to the bottom. The remaining nitrogen evaporates as gas into the air. During the entire process new wastewater can flow into the pump well.

4. DISCHARGE
Ecolator's computer-controlled central unit pumps after settling the purified and clear water back to nature.

4. Technology licensing

4. Technology licensing
Ecolator provides to licensees:
- technological know-how to manufacture the purifier - training for the staff of the licensee - documents and products (3 pieces) for educational use - assist with the installation and deployment of three devices - at least 500-1000 products from Finland - assist in finding a local manufacturer, which may start manufacturing / delivering after the 500-1000 products from Finland have been delivered - if needed (with a separate fee) an enterprise resource planning system customized for purifier project management

5. License for manufacturing know-how

Know-how includes:

6. Technology transfer compensation
