    Thetrainingmodelishighlyprescribedforthepurposeofensuringconsistencyacrossthecountry.Test administratorscoringaccuracyisrelatedtothetrainingmodelanddeviationfromitisprohibited. AdditionalormodifiedmaterialscannotbeaddedtothealreadyfulltrainingwithoutCALsconsent. Acceptablesupplementarymaterials(uponCALsauthorization)includeinformationonstate assessmentpolicyandotherlocallyrelevantinformation.Trainersareencouragedtosubmitideasfor supplementaryormodifiedmaterialstoCALforconsiderationinfuturerevisionsofthetrainingmodel. CALrecommendsthattrainersarrivetoaworkshopatleastanhourbeforethestartoftheworkshopto meetwiththesiteandtechnologycontacts,toensurethatthematerialsareavailable,andtoverifythat theequipmentneededissetupandinworkingorder.
