Education in Rural Sindh:

Sindh is the province that is surrounded by many problems that have led the education system is backward, especially in rural areas. First of all it is explained what is rural sindh? Basically rural sindh is the whole area of sindh except Karachi, Hyderabad and Sukkur city Here main concern is about the education in rural sindh. For this I will explain this topic systematically.

The Condition of Rural Sindh:

I, would put case of sindh which is spinal card which contribute a major part in economical growth.72% of the total population lives in rural areas which is the major producer in the economy of Pakistan through mainly agriculture source and other natural resources as well. Education in rural sindh is at the stake and there must be emergency declaration for the immediate response by the government .primary education in rural sindh is totally destroyed by and the future of the enrolled innocent children is totally at the stake. Elected representatives are silent on this burning issue which will led a sindhi generation in ignorance (1).The whole sindh exercised the informal justice system where all disputes are settled through the decision of Jirga, where a Wadero (feudal) decide the fate of people. People do not avoid the decision of

a feudal. So feudal have hegemony on the rural Sindh. These feudal do not allow school in a workable condition. Schools are generally used by these feudal as a guest house or cattle form. In some cases schools are found a stock place of rice and grain. These feudal have a large number of irrigated land, because of that they have influence on people. Most people works under their supervision or in their land as a farmer. If we look over all situation of rural Sindh it is worst, because 70% of people live under the poverty line. 10% are middle class who can serve their life normally. 10% are upper middle class and 10% are feudal elites who have more and more land, and more political power their feudal elites have tradition in their atmosphere, that they have contested election from many years and they do not allow any body also to contest election against them law and order situation is very worst no smell of justice. All institutions are corrupt. Corruption is the legal inheritance of office bearers in rural area. Corruption is very openly used by the most of the office bears from top to bottom. Then culture is very strong where police use their power illegally, influenced by local feuds and sardars. Lack of proper day time. These peoples are returned after a huge amount of ransom. Tribal conflict is in peak; because of that Feudal have more power in daily life lives of people. In tribal conflicts mostly tribal have enmity between each other as well as with other tribes of same city? Conflicts spread very rapidly because if A person killing the people of a tribe,

then all people of tribe A have to involve in the revenge of all the brathery or relative of killers tribe or family. These trend Chad mad life of people miserably. So under this situation of tribal conflict rural sindh could not experience the viable and sound education system.

Situation of Education:
The condition and situation of schools and governmental institution are very backward in their wary the building structure in very poor many of the schools in villages do not have proper seats and boundaries, no washroom, cleanness and proper arrangements. Many schools are without any building. Faculty is insufficient and dishonest, without any training. Most of the time faculty remain absent, because no one ask them about their absence. Teachers and faculty are selected on the basis of Sufarish or nepotism. So they are inefficient to coup the criteria of being a teacher. These teachers are appointed without any check and balance. These teacher posses mostly fake degree. We can say they are unqualified teachers. In this situation how can a child get education or attend school properly. On other hand poor people are more concerned about their livelihood than education of their child. Even they prefer their children for child labour rather than educating them. It is because of illiteracy and lack of awareness 2.

Among these all imbalances and disparity some fortunate people happened to go in schools, but here teacher use the third degree method of education which led very negative effect on students, and the leave school because of third degree methods so in this situation where teacher remains absentee most of time corrupt administrative set up do not demand any accountability from any employ, because it is itself a corrupt body so how can it declare its legal rights.

Curriculum: Syllabus
The slander of text book is very old and insufficient according to new modern dates; many mistakes are being found by teachers but these not important by the publisher. No advance informative regarding science. On extracurricular activity regarding confidence building or brain exercise are taken by rural schools very weak in the science subjects that can make scientist or better engineer. Teacher mainly emphasize on caring education or knowledge. No systematic method of teaching to students. In this situation there are some private schools that are better as compare to governmental people schools but they are very insufficient. If we compare them present required needs or criteria of schools. Despite that private schools are increased. But they are expensive and poor cannot afford their children to get education in their poor condition. This system is not corrupt only in lower level, but the upper level officers or ministers are not serious to make the accountability of office bearers and faculty members of their schools.

Girls Education:
Girls education is negligible in rural sindh. It has many reasons, people traditional psyche for not educating the girls. Education ratio is more in lower level and very low in higher level, we can say negligible in higher level. From first to fifth class 90% ratio of girls are enrolled in schools. From sixth class to tenth class 50% girls are enrolled in schools, from tenth class to twelfth class 12% up to bachelor level 8%, upto Master level 3%, upto M.Phil level 1%, upto PhD level 0.10% girls are enrolled in schools (2) . This situation shows as girls are going to upper class as lower their ratio decreases. It has traditional reason of people; they do not want to let their daughters, sisters, or girls to get education from outside of their village, city or province. There are very few people who allow their girls for education out of cities. These peoples are from feudal elites, upper class or middle class. Poor people cannot bear theexpenses of their and they intentionally donot wants to give education to their girls. Inequalities among homes provide great explanation for the variation of among children in primary level in rural sindh. Primary education and chi ldrens entry into schools is largely depending upon. Parents and it is determined by education of parents, particularly, mothers education.

In this scenario a society also play very strict role, because most of the people do not allow their daughters, because of society tradition. Hence a society does not have played any role regarding the education.

Role of parents for the education of childrens:

As I have mentioned earlier that literacy ratio is very low in rural areas of Sindh, due to illiteracy most of parents are un-educated and they have no awareness to educate their childrens. Inequalities among homes provide great explanation for the variation of among children in primary level in rural sindh. Primary education and childrens entry into schools is largely depending upon. Parents and it is determined by education of parents, particularly, mothers education. Inequalities among homes provide great explanation for the variation of among children in primary level in rural sindh. Primary education and childrens entry into schools is largely depending upon. Parents and it is determined by education of parents, particularly, mothers education. But in rural sindh most of parents especially mothers are un-educated. Therefore, they have no concern for the education of their children. Girls education; particularly is very crucial in rural sindh and parents do not agree to send their girls to the schools because its the matter of their honour,

form their point of view. If some parents send their girls to the schools then society criticised them and they thought at this is against our traditions, therefore, mostly parents willingly or unwillingly avoid sending their girls to schools. Role of parents for boys education is also un-satisfactory because must of parents in rural sindh are belong to lower class and they are peasants. So they attached their children to labour instead of education. Therefore, role of parents for the education of their children in rural Sindh is not satisfactory due to unequal distribuence of wealth and class system in rural sindh.

Role of Society:
Role of society in girls education in rural sindh is not satisfactory because of many reasons, society criticised parents who send their girls childrens to the schools because of cultural determination on social monuflation of costumes, gender discrimination and religious interpretation all factors are considered in the socially that criticised in girls education. However, the nature of these factors and their combination vary in dirosse societies influenced by dominant cultural and belief systems. After all, role of society in rural areas, especially in rural Sindh is not satisfactory and negative in rural Sindh.

CONCLUSION:
Education plays a vital role in the formation of human capital. It increases the productivity and efficiency of individuals that leads country towards economic development. Education provide base for socio economic development.a poor quality education system is an important reason thats why rural sindh does not grow. The overall scenario of education in rural sindh is crucial because of feudalism, feudalism is one of the main reason for the illiteracy in rural sindh, peasants are considered toys in the hands of feudal lords they prevent them from education. Other reasons include, lack of awareness, lack of government interest, illiteracy and traditional customary laws. In rural sindh these are the main hurdles that have caused the overall failure of education setup. Role of society is also negative in this direction. Governmentmachinery has showed an unworkable inclination toward the progress of modern education. Two most important aspect of education is foreign rural set up of education. They are modern education of science and technology and real sense of education that is awareness. So there is difference between quantitative education and qualitative education, we have an unworkable setup of education and in that we have got any quantitative people not qualitative.

These all are the hurdles in our way of progress towards a modern and fruitful education. So, we have to overcome the collectively by different methods. In this way government must take action against the absentee teachers and staff, inefficient teachers must be thrown out from the sphere of educational set up. Teachers also consider themselves responsible for nation building programme that can be achieved by progressing education and the most important thing is role of parents and society they must take responsible step in the process of education. They are the main pillar of this failure system. Parents, society and media can change the role of educational set up in right direction.

Recommendations:
1. Sindh government must take steps to bring literacy up gradation to

standard in rural Sindh. 2. 3. Must ensure free primary education both for boys and girls. Attendance of teachers should be checked and action should be

taken against absentee teachers. 4. Government provide scholarship to girls, to boost female education Or female enrolment. 5. Government must set strong monitoring and evolution plan to

provide qualitative education on equal basis to all people without any discrimination of caste and religion. 6. 7. 8. Administrative wing must berecruiting through CSS and PCS. Poor student must be awarded monthly incentives. Absentee teachers must be terminated on immediate basis to secure

education. 9. 10. Sindh government must take steps to open closed schools. Media play their role in promoting the education in rural sindh.
