ceremony closed.
All graduates and guests are asked to rise as the processions leave the auditorium.
Guests are asked to wait until the processions, including all graduates, have left the auditorium
before leaving the Ivor Crewe Lecture Hall.
Graduands listed who do not attend the ceremony have their award conferred in absentia.
Exceptionally, conferral will be deferred if the University deems it necessary in accordance with
ts regulations.

The Vice-Chancellor will congratulate all new graduates and the Chancellor will declare the
ceremony closed.
All graduates and guests are asked to rise as the processions leave the auditorium.
Guests are asked to wait until the processions, including all graduates have left the auditorium
before leaving the Ivor Crewe Lecture Hall.
Graduands listed who do not attend the ceremony have their award conferred in absentia.

and recordings are produced for sale, and that
all graduates are photographed during the
presentation of their awards and prints are
produced for sale. Photographs taken on
campus during the day may also be used in
publicity material produced by the University,
including posters and prospectuses. Filming
on campus during graduation may also be
used on the Universitys website. The
ceremonies are broadcast live on the internet
and are made available as online recordings
for up to four weeks following the ceremonies.

Lecture Hall.
In the unlikely event of the University having
to cancel, reschedule or postpone any or all of
the Graduation ceremonies either in advance,
or on the day, due to circumstances beyond its
