Program Framework
Technology Interventions include, but not limited, to training, technical assistance and consultancy services on the following: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Energy Audit Food Safety Cleaner Production Value-adding processes to farm-produce such as cacao processing, mango processing, use of natural dyes, briquetting, engineered bamboo production, etc. Technologies on vermiculture, bioreactor, food fortification, Veggie noodle and veggie bread, etc.
