FEATURES
Ammeter or voltmeter in a copper-free die-cast aluminum Ex d explosion-proof enclosure, devices with electromagnetic coil (moving iron) for AC or DC. For industrial instruments precision 1.5%, own consumption 1.5 VA (ammeter) and 2.5 (voltmeter) 2000V insulation test. Polycarbonate viewer resistant to thermal shock and impact. Cover fixed to the body by AISI 304 stainless steel screws and washers. Ex d Protection: Equipment designed and built so that even if an explosion occurs within the device, it does not propagate to the outside environment. Ex e Protection (increased safety): Equipment designed and built so that none of its components will cause sparks or hot surfaces, avoiding the risk of explosion when installed in areas classified as Zones 1 & 2. tD Protection (against ignition of dust): This equipment meets all relevant measures against penetration of dust and limitation of surface temperature, applicable to electrical equipment protected by an enclosure, to prevent ignition of a layer or cloud of dust.

INSTALLATION
Entry and exit of electrical conductors must be with conduit, or explosion-proof cable glands. Can also be used with Ex e increased-safety junction box, code NACAJ.

APPLICATION
Used in areas where there is risk of explosion, in industries such as: chemicals, petrochemicals, paints and varnishes, pharmaceuticals, food products, paint booths, flammable product storage facilities, etc.
