We are happy to inform you that your accommodation has been arranged by the company from 9 th February, 2014 till the successful completion of your training program. Please note that accommodation will be provided inside the campus. You are requested to report at the below mentioned address.

aforementioned time slot. However if your arrival at Mysore is before/after the allotted time slot, you can check in at any time between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Note: Reporting to Campus after the check in date is not permitted

Kindly read the following points / guidelines carefully before reporting:

It is mandatory to have a Passport and you also need to furnish a copy of passport on the date of joining.

Note: Even if your passport status on internet says that you have undergone criminal background check by the police, you will still be required to undergo a criminal background check if you dont provide the copy of passport on day of joining. This check will be initiated on the date of your joining.

Please carry your original offer letter or a print out of your offer letter. You will not be permitted to enter inside the campus without the offer letter copy. Also, carry a print out of the date of joining intimation letter. You are requested to bring with you sufficient proof of Identification. We accept any one of the following documents as proof of Identification. Original photo-identity (no photocopies allowed) such as Credit/Debit card with photograph Electoral Card Driving License PAN ID card with Photo Original marks sheet from university with photo Passport You can also get your photograph attested by your college authorities on the college letterhead or you can also get your photograph attested by a gazette officer. Without one of these, you will not be admitted to the hostel premises.

You should have appeared and passed in all your examinations (all viva to be appeared if any before joining)

You should meet the eligibility criteria for marks as mentioned during recruitment. (Aggregate of 1 8 semesters)

We are mentioning below a reference number for an easy identification process. You need to quote this number at the time of registration on the first day of joining.

On your arrival, please contact our security at the entrance for further guidance on your place of accommodation. Family members are not allowed inside the campus hostel rooms. In case of any accompanying family members, you need to make own arrangements for their stay outside.

The approximate distance to our campus from the City Railway Station and Bus Stand is 12 Kms and 15 Kms respectively. You could engage either an auto or a taxi to reach our campus. You are advised to hire autos from the prepaid auto stand located near the Bus stand and the Railway station. Or you can hire autos on meter-charge basis. Alternately, you can also call our authorized travel agency tel. 0821-2404101 or 0821 3982333 - Extension: 4028/4041. Direct number 0821-4284028. Contact mobile: 9845120021 on your arrival at Mysore to book a taxi, for which you have to pay around Rs. 280/- per trip (Tata Indica Taxi). The office timings are from 08:30 hours to 17:45 hours and the dress code from Monday to Thursday is formal business attire i.e., formal full sleeved shirt(On Wednesday and Thursday, half sleeve shirts can be worn), trousers and leather shoes for Gentlemen and sarees, salwar kameez or suits (western formals) for Ladies. For Gentlemen, necktie is a mandate on all Mondays and optional for the rest of the days. On Fridays, you may opt to wear business casual viz. Jeans, T-shirts, and sports shoes. We will be giving you a set of hostel guidelines and code of conduct which you have to sign at the time of joining. During the entire period of your classroom training, you are expected to stay in the company provided accommodation. Expenses towards food and local conveyance during training would have to be borne by self.

Charges towards accommodation will be deducted from your salary on a month on month basis.

In the past, we have observed that a few of the trainees had to discontinue their training in the middle after getting affected with ailments such as jaundice, typhoid, or chicken pox, etc. In order to avoid such possibilities, we advise you to take utmost care about your health. In your own interest of safety and wellbeing, we also advise you to go for standard vaccinations against Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A (Jaundice), Chickenpox, Typhoid, etc. before joining, if you have not done so already. You may also like to consult your medical practitioner regarding the same. Proof for the same needs to be submitted along with other documents during induction.

As part of your joining documentation, you are required to provide details about date of birth of your parents/spouse which are required for nominations under group health insurance scheme and other statutory benefits.
