EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
- Duties included welcoming employees of the company, answering the phone, making
appointments, updating support material, assessing the employees' language skills,
analysing results and organising a suitable learning programme, giving individual and
small group tuition, co-ordinating and creating teaching programmes, data input.
- Working afternoon shift when other bar and kitchen staff took their break therefore
had to juggle attending to the bar and preparing food orders. Could be relied upon to
work unsupervised, taking the initiative to clean and restock during quieter periods
- Focusing on attention to detail in an award- winning pub
- Building up good relationships with regular clients
- Welcoming and providing tourist information to clientele from further afield

- Acting as ‘agent’ between the landlord based in London and the tenants in Exeter
- Duties included finding new tenants, signing contracts, collecting rents, paying utility
