The Turn table is damaged during initial trials, to be corrected and should be of reliable quality and durable for such application. The screen is to be made more user friendly using more drop windows. Modelwise Track width specification required. Rectification procedure to be define ( SOP ) when found not ok .( Toe in setting etc SOP for wheel alignment to be made. Turn table is very heavy for locating below tyre as per model requirement. The jaw of adapter is to be turned to avoid loosing of adapter and falling off. The training is to be given by skilled and profiecient personnel. Lot of parameters are missing in the report and to be corrected. Only single key is provided. Atleast 2 extra are normal and necessary. Every time operator has to type the model nos., colours etc. These data are standard and requested to feed into the sysytems but not yet done. Madhus is to explain the procedure of using bar code scanner with this m/c which is unanswerd yet. The pit drawing for the Turn table was wrong, then the pit was corrected by your installation person. Now the pit has become very large expecially sideways. The same was committed to correct, but still balance. The videos provided are not running in our training PC, to be provided. Few CDs containng manuals etc are not running to be checked and replaced. 3118 model trial is not complete and to be done immediately. Proper trolley type jack to be provide. Wheel aligner machine to be covered. Lightening required in pit for underbody setting at nights. water should be drained out from pit. cupboard for wheel aligner m/c accessories. Tool kit, rachet, hammer, plyer required for alignment setting. Pit's guide channel rusty to be paint. Bar code scanner required to reduce data entry time.
