Features - Appliance model - Software Image & Virtual Machine that cover up 1TB of storage - Architecture based on appliance model with low redundancy level, which is given by the hardware. This has low scaling capacity. - GUI allows users to: Configure where information is stored in Amazon and frequency of recovery points Download of public key Backup & Restore files AES 256 encryption of data before upload into the cloud Graphical historical view what got stored & de-duplicated View when files got backed up Create a directory from a remote site where user can copy all files to store in CloudFiler and Amazon -Access from a mobile device while CloudFiler and internet are up & running. - Any user can access or modify files - Virtual Machine deployed as virtual appliance to cover > 1Tb of storage - Software Image deployed as physical appliance cover > 1 TB of storage - GUI allows users to: Execute all functions from version 1.0 Manage users within the organization Capture latest software updates - Access controls for multi-users in a single organization (Admin, Power User, Group User ) - File/directory access control options configurable from the GUI - Better scaling for customers concerned about disaster recovery and for being able to failover backup/restore capability to another site. - GUI allows users to: Execute all functions from version 1.1 Backup start time Backup end time Ability to see specifically which file types got de-duplicated Upload speed Control what gets stored locally and in the cloud and what files/directories are only stored in the cloud Page 2 of 3
