Overall Responsibilities:

Providing Offshore Production Support (Global 24x7) to the Medtronic client SAP level, and OS level. Configuring the printers in DEV system and moving them to PROD via Transports. Importing and Exporting of Device Types. Analyzing Spool servers and Printer problems. Implemented the Charm Setup in Solman. Creating and adminstration of Maintenance Projects in Solman. Correcting the errors of Urgent Corrections and Normal Corrections. Applying SAP Notes to correct the error objects ,Support Packages, and kernel upgrade Performing the Language Installations using SMLT. Performing SAP User Licesnse Measurment in ABAP Systems on annual basis and sending information to SAP.Attention: Performing the Basis Post Refresh Steps and Transport Catchup in the Refreshed system.
