FINDINGS OF THE STUDY

1. The intraday net amount is highest for ANGEL BROKING when compared to share khan ltd and kotak securities. 2. The net amount for delivery based transaction is highest for ANGEL BROKING followed by share khan and kotak securities. 3. It was found that most of the customers are willing to take Demat Account rather than commodity account. Have its own features, its advantage & disadvantage. So finally it is the investor himself/herself has to decide where to invest. 4. From the survey it is found that most of the customers satisfaction level is good with the advice given by their marketing executives and the information given in the broachers. 5. Most of the customers are prefer to invest in long term investments. 6. From the survey it is found that most of the customers are aware of trading process of Angel Broking., 7. Most of the customers are interested to take part in the demo sessions of online trading in Angel Broking.

SUGGESTIONS
1. The competitors of Angel Broking via Share Khan Ltd and Kotak securities should decrees the brokerage charges to attract customers. 2. The company should increase branch offices in Hyderabad & other areas in A.P. 3. The company should increase awareness about the companys products in the market. 4. Company should maintain good relation with the customers and quickly to the queries asked by the customers. 5. The company should give more demonstration to customers so that they can get complete knowledge about online trading. 6. Company should try to minimize the rejections by taking care while filling the application form.

CONCLUSION

New ideas are to be implemented to catch the customers. The strategy of giving more benefits to the high end customers is very useful. All the positive points are used to get the business for the firm. But again if anyone wants to take risk & earns a lot he can go for shares. Because stock market is a volatile market. Anything & everything can happen to this market. But then again if anyone study the market well he can earn a lot. Again like every coin have its two sides, similarly every financial instrument
