Seeing art as a documentation of the rise and fall of glorified things, I use video, painting and sculpture as an attempt to go through my own imagery archive and work with the objects, characters and situations that need to be revised in here. Some things that need to go through this art machinery is in the case of my artistic practice among others; father figures, weightlessness, cocktail fountains, bowling centers, gardens, and ashtrays in clay. All these things are deceptive little bastards that make me think of relief and a world that I understand. I tend to stay working with these subjects so that I can keep on believing.

You could consider her work, as a playful humor, about post minimalistic aesthetics, which thematizes pop-cultural intellectual games. The sculptures, as well as the fragile objects, always consider the leftovers of morbid existence. The drama of lost cultural background seems like a behavior in contemporary art scenes.
