The Village of Brewster (VOB) Film Festival is an international festival presenting the work of emerging filmmakers. Films will be selected by a committee of judges. Deadlines and Fees Short Films and Feature Length Films --- May 1, 2013. Fee of $15 Short Films and Feature Length Films --- Extended Deadline --June 1,2013. Fee of $25 High School Short Films --- April 15th, 2013. Fee of $15. Films must be in DVD format and must include the submission fee. DVDs will not be returned. You will be contacted by July 31st, 2013. At that time, photo and press packages may be delivered to us and you will receive further instructions.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Short films and music videos must have been completed after January 1, 2011.

Films in a language other than English must be subtitled in English for Festival presentation. Short Films must have a running time of 15 minutes or less. Music videos must have a running time of less than 10 minutes. Feature Films must of have a running time of less then 120 minutes. Filmmakers must deliver the film in DVD format. High school films must be works shot, directed, and produced by high school or secondary school (pre-college) students. Adult supervision must be limited to an advisory capacity.
You must own all rights to have your film shown at the VOB Film Festival. You must include the application fee made payable to the VOB Film Festival
