Educateparishionersontheagencymission,vision,values,programsservicesand volunteeropportunitiesatCatholicCharities. 3. Assistintheidentificationanddevelopmentofresources(volunteer,donor,financial)in supportoftheentireagency. 4.

Assistagencyprogramsinmodifyingprogramresponsestoaddressidentifiedneeds withintheparishcommunities. 10.Usesagencysdevelopmentmodeltocultivatevolunteers,donors,andmembersfor theCatholicCharitiesBoardofYoungProfessionals. 11.WorkwiththeBOYPtocreateagendasandplanBoardmeetings. 12.WorkwiththeBOYPtocreateminieventsandsocialnetworkingparties. 13.WorkwiththeBOYPandtheVolunteerCoordinatortoestablishvolunteer opportunitiesatvariousCatholicCharitiessitesthatfulfillstheBOYPobligationto performservice. QUALIFICATIONS 1.BachelorsdegreeinCommunications,Marketing,orrelatedfieldandtwoyearsexperience inmanagingprofessionalsoracombinationofeducationandexperience. 2.ExperienceworkingwiththeCatholiccommunity;apracticingCatholicstrongly preferred. 3.BilingualinEnglishandSpanishpreferred. WORKHOURSANDLOCATION RegularofficehoursareMondaythroughFriday8:30a.m.to4:30p.m.Thispositionrequires eveningandsomeweekendwork,aswellasextensivetravelthroughouttheCatholicDiocese ofJoliet.TheworklocationisattheCatholicCharitiesOttawaOfficeJoliet,Il.
