Guest Relations Manager (Chinese speaking preferable) Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience of minimum 2 years in managerial position in international 5 star resort environment. Strong in interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency in English language and Chinese speaking is preferable. Ability to cope with pressure. GRO - Russian & Thai (Females) Hotel school graduates and/ or experience in a similar position Being able to communicate in Russian Language (for Russian GRO) and Thai Language (for Thai GRO) and other international languages are considered as an advantage. Previous experience in similar position within a resort in a multicultural team. Outgoing personality, who fosters Customer relation. Computer literate. Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, people person and very service oriented. Strong desire to provide memorable guest experiences by exceeding expectations. Head Baker Hotel school graduates and/ or experience in a similar position At least 5 years of experience, must thoroughly understand the job function. Matured person with excellent oral and written communication skill in English language. Guest Service Agent (Locals preferable) Hotel school graduates and/ or experience in a similar position Excellent communication skill in English Language and other international languages are considered as an advantage. Past experience in a related discipline, preferably in the field of Hospitality. Young dynamic and highly motivated Air-condition Technician (Locals preferable) Technical training in a related field)/ or experience in a similar position Minimum of 2 years experience in related operation, preferably in a resort. Matured, dynamic and highly motivated. Experience working in a multicultural team. Bell Man (Locals preferable) Vocational or Technical Certificate in related field.
