Undergraduate program tuition fees are the most costly for dentistry. Other relatively costly programs encompass tuitions for medicine, pharmacy, and law & legal studies programs. The leftover tuitions cost within a $2000 dollar more or less range of $5000.

Overall, tuition for any university program has increased, most likely due to inflation and to the higher demand of post-secondary education in Canada. Dentistry is still in the lead for costliest program. The tuition for engineering programs has notably gone up.

Tuition fees for Humanities are on a steady rise. The amount by which it goes up annually began to rise in 2011/2012, indicated by a steeper slope. For 2013/2014, the tuition is just over $5,000, which is just over more than $500 compared to four years ago.
