B. Evety Friday 1. General Operators Certificate (AD Elements)

The herein scheduled examinations shall be conducted by the REX Committee of the respective NTC Regional Offices in coordination with the Radio Operators Coordination Group (ROCG). who shall be directly responsible for the selection of each representative to respective examination venue. in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Office Order Nos. 82.94; 41 94A lB. The Administrative and Fmance Department shall provide the necessary ftmding requirements in confonnity with the usual accounting and auditing regulations subject to availability offtmds.
