RULES GOVERNING CONDUCT:

1. West High School will not approve a guest pass if the student/guest has a prior disciplinary incident or if the
school or the WHS parent does not recommend the guest.
2. It is the WHS student’s responsibility to have completed application of the guest pass prior to purchase of
tickets. Names on Guest Applications cannot be changed once the tickets are sold. There will be no refunds
after the tickets are sold because of a change.
3. ALL SCHOOL RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED while attending a WHS sponsored activity.
4. The guest MUST present a current photo ID at the door of the event or they will not be allowed to enter the
event.
5. WHS student and guest must adhere to the TUSD dress code. WHS reserves the right to prohibit entrance
into the dance for dress code violations.
6. WHS student is responsible for the behavior of their guest. If the guest exhibits inappropriate behavior,
future attendance at WHS activities may be jeopardized for the WHS student as well as the guest.
